As an example of this, the team sold ESI Ltd, the UK environmental consultancy, to a Canadian acquirer Stantec Inc in March 2018, and The Royal Berkshire Shooting Group, the prestigious UK shooting services group, to Compagnie Financiere Richemont in France in April 2018.
