We profiled the firmand spoke to CEO, Quinton Oswald as we look for greater insight into the firm’s success. A Vision for the Future Established in 2000, Notal Vision’s initial focus is on the Dry to Wet Age- Related Macular Degeneration (AMD) patient journey, offering a home- based diagnostic device called ForeseeHome which is combined with a monitoring program. Together, the device and monitoring service help eye doctors to identify the switch from Dry to Wet AMD earlier, while vision remains good. In addition to the ForeseeHome AMD monitoring program, the team at Notal Vision is also developing a home-based imaging device to monitor patients on treatment for Wet AMD which allows physicians to personalise their patients’ treatment. This results in either early detection of AMD or appropriate dosage intervals for treatments which can optimise patient outcomes to preserve vision. A crucial aspect of the firm’s success has been Notal Vision’s striking ability to work with new clients and undertake new projects, as the whole team is dedicated to ensuring that the client receives the best possible outcome, and this is something Quinton is very proud of. “Here at Notal Vision, our products are approved by the FDA, based on the clinical and technical work that we perform. The study was stopped early because of conclusive and statistically significant evidence to differentiate ForeseeHome from the current standard of care.” Operating with a long-term vision, staff are all dedicated to achieving the same mission, and this is evident in the way that they approach their work. The team has strived to create a company culture in which the positive input of all employees is expected, valued, and rewarded, and patients are at the core of its all activities. Internally, Notal Vision is committed to fair and equitable treatments of
