In Janet’s words, “Our methodology stems from assessing individual client needs on a bespoke basis, ascertaining goals, attributing a sustainable productivity plan leading to the acceleration of employee performance and overall corporate bottom-line.” Naturally, in a world that is becoming ever-more entrenched in technology - where automation is ever encroaching in on the lives of every day workers - the business world is, in turn, trying to adapt to accommodate. Janet believes that, regardless of the pessimistic narrative on the future of industry, this very technology offers advantages to her clients - an opportunity to get ahead of the curve; “New technology is swiftly overtaking the industry. Human capital is being replaced by robotics. New software for human capital is faster, more accurate and efficient. E-Learning is replacing traditional class room training which reduces client time and costs. It calls for diversification and out of the box thinking. Innovation is good and welcome - we are open to new ideas that will assist our objective and ultimate goal.” Janet defines JSK as a centre that drives talent, development and enhancement. In this, she is singularly qualified. As a qualified Emotional Intelligence Assessor, member of the John Maxwell Leadership team, and aforementioned, Executive Business Coach, she has over 25 years of experience in the corporate sphere. On top of this, she is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Accountants, and a seasoned auditor who has worked for two of the ‘Big Four’, EY and KPMG. In many ways, it is difficult to see JSK reaching quite the same heights without Janet spearheading the company, leading by example, and teaching from a place of rich experience.
