We caught up with Founder at Click Digital Growth, Rhys Bevanwho provided us with a detailed insight into their innovative solutions. Fulfil Your Online Potential Established in 2015, Click Digital Growth is a team of digital growth specialists helping businesses fulfil their online potential. Not only do the team at Click Digital Growth create both beautiful and professional ecommerce stores that convert visitors into long- term customers, but they also work ongoing with the business to keep increasing relevant website visitors and revenue, through various online channels & strategies. Since inception, the team at Click Digital Growth have identified that businesses who wanted modern, up-to-date eCommerce websites had no alternative other than to either hire a full-time website developer, or a website design company, the former be- ing hard to come by, and the lat- ter requiring huge upfront costs and a big impact on cashflow. Rhys begins by informing us of the clients the firm works with and how the team approaches them. “Here at Click Digital Growth, we serve a wide variety of clients in various industries, from start-ups to long-established businesses. Word of mouth plays a huge part, and luckily this has provided a consistent stream of new clients. Large company’s such as Tomos Watkin brewery approached us off the back of positive word-of-mouth feedback from Dr Organic.” As for what makes the firm suc- cessful, Rhys is keen to highlight the key factors which have ena- bled Click Digital Growth to stay ahead of the game. “Over time, we have found that this service has been very well received and really understands the difficulty a typical company has in creating an omni-channel strategy of selling through online and traditional methods. Moreo- ver, eCommerce and the Internet is constantly changing and evolv- ing, and to sit still, even with a new website is not a viable meth- od of being successful online. We realised that businesses who do use website design compa- nies, simply pay a large sum up front, receive a new website and are essentially ‘tapped on the back’ and wished good luck with it. This may increase sales in the short-term, but the essence of being successful online is to al- ways be creating unique content and optimising the website for sales based on website data and user experience. “As a recent client of ours said in our initial meeting ‘we’ve never sat down with someone who has said they can give us a new website and then work with us to keep making it better and better. The chal- lenge has been finding the right clients, but with the likes of BNI we now have the opportunity and potential to reach out to a much wider audience. “Our aim is to take on enough clients to continue to recruit local- ly, and we have identified recent university graduates as ideal employees to take the business forward. “Helping local companies be more successful online is a key driver for motivation. If this in turns leads to South Wales being recognised as a growing digital economy for Wales and the UK, it will lead to local job employ- ment and investment into the area, putting Swansea and the surrounding areas on the digital map.
