The firm screens candidates on their technical ability using a bespoke questionnaire which has been specially designed and implemented to save time and to be sure that the best candidates are consistently being selected. Don’t get me wrong, previous experience in sales is great but it’s not always essential,” elaborates Matt & Jay. “Recruitment is a people business and some people forget that. If you cannot build a rapport with a candidate or client then you won’t last long in this industry!
