This will also help us to building headhunting partnerships to support international and cross-border hiring needs.” Bei worked with 6 BA/BSc, MA/MSC students to aid her as she designed and led a live programme, where she mentored six BA and MSc students on real business and marketing projects with a limited budget. Outcomes included growing the company’s LinkedIn presence organically from 50 to 500+ followers; launching the organisation’s YouTube channel; delivering digital presentations, newsletters, promotional flyers, and video content; and hosting and facilitating 100+ structured online webinars and meetings via Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
