Recently, Maximilien Gaslini found success in CV’s 2019 Corporate Excellence Awards where he was selected as 2019’s Leading Expert in Corporate Law – France. On the back of this win, we caught up withMaximilien to discover more about the exceptional services the firmdelivers their clients. Providing Legal Expertise With A First-Class Service Established in 2009, ALTEREGAL con- centrate its activities on assisting the clients in Mergers and Acquisitions, Restructuring, Trade agreements, Works and Service Contracts, Corporate and Employ- ment advisory, as well as the area of litigation and arbitration. Since their inception, ALTERE- GAL has constantly developed over the years by integrating both lawyers and trainees that best represent the excellence in their field of practice, in order to offer the same level of state-of-the-art and high standard legal service to its clients. Today, the team includes thirteen people, with nine of them being lawyers and three of whom are enrolled in the Paris Bar as well as an Italian Bar. Alongside this, ALTEREGAL has both French and Italian business lawyers, and meets the legal needs of compa- nies active in national and interna- tional markets, especially between Italy and France. One member of the firm in particular has gone above and beyond. Maximilien Gaslini cooperates with the Faculty of Law of the University of Milan as lectur- ers of Legal French and with the Chamber of Trade of Milan – New International Business Institute (NIBI) for French corporate law. Furthermore, Maximilien also found success in Corporate Vision’s 2019 Corporate Excellence Awards where was righteously awarded the accolade 2019’s Leading Ex- pert in Corporate Law – France.
