Passionate about human behaviours and neuroscience research, we design training & coaching programs that provide managers and their teams with practical, actionable tools for their daily work, aimed at boosting organizational performance in a more sustainable manner. Our Mission: Help teams and Managers work better, perform better, live better. Our SUSTAINABLE Teams’ Performance Program offers managers a complete range of practical tools to help them better manage their teams throughout the employee life cycle. Each module of the program has a specific theme, but the overall Strategic Objectives are: • Engaging the team around shared values to ensure social & emotional security • Raising managers’ awareness of the impact of their leadership style on performance • Encourage behaviors that increase team commitment and performance • Enhancing creativity and innovation • Promote transfer into practice through ready-to-use tools and personalized micro-actions plan What led you to build this program? I have worked for many years as an external career reorientation coach for Swiss Invalidity Insurance and I have supported many people who went through health issues amongst which exhaustion or, worse, burnout. In most cases, difficult relationships in the workplace were the seed that led to exhaustion Indeed, tense human relations cost a lot of time and energy, take a lot of room in our thoughts and keep us awake at night, creating even more stress and fatigue. Neurobiology shows that higher levels of stress prevent our brain from functioning properly, decreasing our cognitive capacity and our ability to perform. It’s a vicious cycle. Alongside, I have been working with team managers for more than 20 years. Some feel powerless, exhausted and can’t see how to act upon their non-sustainable environment. During my studies for the Master’s in Human Management, everything became clear: difficult human relations are one important performance killer. It’s not an opinion, it’s research-based evidence that positive human relations correlate with higher business performance. That’s why our mantra is: Take good care of human relations, performance will follow! In a sea of constant change, every company should offer its leaders a set of best practices covering areas like leadership, team management, and performance. Not only will this ensure consistency with its values and strategy, but it will help teams to work and perform better. As a certified practitioner in Neurocognitive and Behavioural Approach, I combined everything I have learned through my experience and studies to create a practical toolbox that helps people implementing micro-actions that improve relationships, increase engagement and performance in a more sustainable manner. That’s why they call me “Mrs Toolbox”! I have incredible feedback from participants saying how this changed their approach to leadership and sustainably impacted performance. Just as an example: one of my clients had two department directors having tense relationships and were not collaborating well. After the 1st training, they understood what the problem was and worked it out through their respective action plans. After a few weeks, their relationship improved and now they want to move on the same floor to facilitate their collaboration. The fact that these 2 teams now fully work together will increase company performance and benefits.
