Today, we are undoubtedly among the leading and well reputed distribution companies in Saudi Arabia, specializing in the distribution and logistics of a wide range of consumer products, spanning from, but not limited to; Food, Drinks, Personal & Beauty Care, Home Care and Automotive Tires. We presently provide direct service to all retail trade channels (Wholesale, Modern Trade, Pharmacy, Supermarket, Food Service, Retail Van Sales to Bagalas, Small Retail & the Automotive trade) and service over 30,000 retail sites in the KSA, with our own manned and operated delivery fleet. We have recently entered the GCC with a select portfolio and see this as an incremental growth opportunity. Binzagr Company’s Head Office is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in addition to a wide network of sales offices and warehouses across the Kingdom and GCC. Binzagr Company (BCo) uses SAP ERP, which is integrated with a GPS based mobile sales and distribution system to optimize supply chain activities, in all regions of Saudi Arabia. A recently implemented Tier 1 WMS system across the network, enables efficient and accurate management of all stock activities. An integrated B2B communication with our principals, vendors and major trade customers, provides unmatched efficiencies in processing and distribution. Binzagr (BCo) is currently implementing a ‘best in class’ warehousing, transportation and yard management solution for the 18 BCo Branch sites, across Saudi Arabia and will offer 3PL solutions, through its new flagship facility/campus located in the King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), scheduled to GoLive in Q4, 2019 and continue in scheduled stages through 2021. The new KAEC ‘Campus’ is adjacent to the new King Abdullah Port (KAP) providing a gateway to and from the world for our products and services. The project consists of 3 separate properties to be developed in 3 stages, over the coming 3 years. The KAEC Campus will move Binzagr Co to the next level of supply chain services in Saudi Arabia and the GCC and will provide the tools to maintain its leadership position over the coming decades. The KAEC Campus will strengthen our existing supply chain, meet the future market needs of our suppliers and customers, improve efficiencies, expand our existing product & services portfolio and develop 3PL opportunities which can easily merge with the existing BCo supply chain, to take full advantage of optimal efficiency and speed to market. An on-site value- added services facility, will enable all co-packing/re-packing activities to be conducted on-site to reduce cost and improve efficiencies. We are very confident that the new KAEC Campus will move Binzagr to the prominent position, with the flexibility to provide the best ‘end to end’ (Vessel/Factory to Retail Shelf) Supply Chain Services. The Stage 1 facility, referred to as the National Distribution Centre (NDC), is the ‘base’ for our KAEC Campus, and is presently under construction and due to GoLive in Q4, 2019. It is a ‘state of the art’ facility encompassing: • The most up-to-date automated AS/RS equipment & technology • Storage capacity in 2 x 50mtr high fully automated AR/RS Food & Non-Food warehouse
