We invited Bayram to tell us more about the business and its ongoing success within the consultancy industry. BNB trains at least 2000 trainees per year, and has trained over 4000 managers and leaders, and over 5000 in-company trainers in the last five years. Bayram comments on how the company is fully prepared for any potential developments, citing its new platform which will provide an unrivalled learning platform clients. “Leadership and manager development is another important focus of the team.
