Following thewin, we profiled the firmand spoke toDirector, Ollie Coxwho reveals how they stay ahead of the game in such a dynamic industry. Attention to Detail Established in 2014, OLCO have grown their client base to include global organisations, as well as remaining accessible to their local base of startups and SMEs which they have built long- standing relationships with. OLCO typically works with clients who are looking to partner with an agency that forms a very close and personal relationship that feels as if they are part of the clients’ business. As for the projects that OLCO takes on, these can range from a small logo design brief to a website or paid advertising campaign on Google that requires optimisation and tracking. Ollie begins by explaining OLCO’s overall mission and how the compact team are able to achieve their goals. “Here at OLCO, our mission is to delight our clients by offering unrivalled levels of personal service, high-quality design that is aligned to the clients brand, and digital marketing solutions that are justified through analytics and tracking to ensure we are delivering a great return on investment.” When discussing OLCO’s approach to undertaking a new project, Ollie informs us of the steps the team takes to ensure that their clients receive the best possible outcome when working with the firm. “Our success is dependent upon the personal service that we offer to our clients. We have a very high client retention rate which demonstrates our ability to deliver projects that bring results and a great ROI, but also, we are good to work with and offer a responsive, agile service. Our approach to projects is very hands-on, we create a selection of initial design ideas to share with the client, as we appreciate it is often easier for clients to comment on a draft concept rather than trying to put everything into a brief.” Looking ahead to what the future holds for OLCO, Ollie ended our interview by highlighting the work going on behind the scenes at this award-winning agency. “Moving forward, we are currently in the process of re-defining our own brand identity which will see the launch of a brand-new OLCO website making it easier for clients to explore our products and services, browse more up-to-date client success stories and have a clearer picture of the reasons why a growing number of organisations are choosing OLCO.
