Dynamic Deliverance of Dedicated Services Founded in 2002, HG Travelling Services is a transport provider specialising in moving students. Following its well-deserved success by achieving the title of Most Dynamic Transport Services Provider 2020 – Ottery in the Small Business Awards 2020, we got in touch with Colleen Daniels to find out more. Since its humble beginnings as a transport services provider to Cape Peninsula University of Technology, HG Travelling Services has since broadened its scope of services to suit its clientele today. To start, Colleen gives us a brief overview of the firm and offers more insight into its partnership with its client base. “Together, we strive to be the forerunner in both student and private transport within South Africa, offering excellent customer service, transport safety and reliability while achieving consistent growth. In addition to providing transport to universities, colleges, and schools, we are experts in transportation logistics and can offer chauffeur services.” Operating in the South African transport industry can be a daunting prospect given the competition around, however as Colleen goes on to explain, its flexibility and approach to clients has enabled the firm to stand out from the crowd. “To maintain our client retention rate, we pride ourselves on our ability to cater to any group size.
