We sat downwith one of the firm’s Founders, Kristian O’Donovanwho revealed to us more about the successful company. Attitude is Key Founded in July 2005 by Kristian O’Donovan and Tomás Finneran, the innovative company has offices in Kerry, Cork, Waterford and will be shortly opening an office in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Fluirse Education Solutions comprises a number of distinct divisions. For example, the company is synonymous in the education sector, and is now one of the largest providers of online training to primary school teachers in Ireland. Additionally, it is the only provider to have courses approved with CPD Standards Office allowing teachers and educators to avail of CPD points. Also, Fluirse Education Solutions operates career focussed training centres in Tralee, Co. Kerry, Airport East Business Park, Co. Cork and Waterford city delivering a range of Pitman Training and professional courses to adults looking to attain their dream job or progress in their current career. Fluirse Education Solutions believes in providing exceptional service to all its students. The company ensures that courses provided have been professionally accredited and approved by a board of leading experts. This allows the company to confidently design and deliver courses that are relevant, practical and required within each business/education sector. Kristian explains Flurise Education Solutions overall mission, and the steps the team take to achieve this. “Fluirse Education Solution’s vision is to become the name synonymous with continuous professional development in the education and training sectors in Ireland, the UK and EMEA. The company is set to grow substantially in the next five years, with contracts already agreed for markets as distant as Saudi Arabia. “A recently agreed partnership in Saudi Arabia has started this expansion, and the company will be shortly opening an office in Jeddah with plans to open 3-4 career focussed training centres across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within the next 12-18 months. Fluirse is also looking to expand into professional development of teachers and educators in the UK within the next six months.” When discussing what differentiates the firm from their competitors, Kristian highlights what marks Fluirse Education Solutions out as the best possible option for clients. “Here at Fluirse Education Solutions, we encourage a student-centred approach within all our training centres.
