CORPORATE VISION / Issue 5 2019 5 NEWS , City Relay, one of London’s leading short let property man- agement services companies, today confirmed plans to increase its presence across London with the opening of new Reception Spaces - a totally unique concept in the short-term letting industry. Their new Shepherd’s Bush Re- ception Space will open its doors in early June this year, enhancing City Relay’s ability to provide London’s homeowners with a local, personal and fully-managed service when short-letting their property – designed to give more people the confidence to short-let their home. This announcement comes as the company has secured substantial investment funding, signifying growing confidence in the capital’s short- term lettings market and is expected to spearhead City Relay’s expan- sion across London. The Reception Spaces are a first in the short-term letting sector; a place where the City Relay team can provide face-to- face advice and guidance to residential property owners and guests. The team meet with all guests for ID checks before keys are handed over, giving Londoners confidence that their property is in the safest hands, whilst tailored services including housekeeping, maintenance and 24/7 guest support akin to a hotel concierge are also provided to make the process as easy as possible. City Relay’s new Goldhawk City Relay races ahead as confidence grows in London short let market Road Reception Space in Shepherd’s Bush replaces a unit previously occupied by John D Wood Estate Agents, signifying the changing face of property on the high street. A new Reception Space in Victoria is also in the pipeline. Founded in 2015 by property investment entrepreneur Maxime Leu- froy-Murat, City Relay is defined by its knowledge of the London mar- ketplace. There is currently one Reception Space located in Earls Court and the company’s long-term ambition is to open a further 25 Reception Spaces across the capital by 2026, such that each property is just a short walk from the City Relay lettings experts. Maxime Leufroy-Murat, Founder and Chief Executive of City Relay, said: “We are delighted to announce that our newest Reception Space will be opening in June, on the back of recent investment funding. City Relay was founded to provide for London’s homeowners who want a fully-managed service when short-letting their home; our expanding presence in the capital helps us to deliver a more tailored service. The London short-let market is young, but expanding at pace as Londoners continue to realise the financial benefits that can be gained from short letting their home.” Property Management Company secures investment to finance new Reception Spaces.
