Taking time to discuss more in-depth about the innovative service provider is Epsilon’s Sherry Ong. The company offers a wide range of Cloud-centric Networking and enablement solutions from end- to-end network connectivity, real- time communication services, co-location through to system integration and support. These are all aimed at solving some of the most complex and time sensitive network challenges. Sherry Ong begins with telling us more about the Epsilon and the providers ongoing strategy, as well as their approach when undertaking a new client. “Epsilon’s strategy involves seeing what our customers’ goals are and finding new ways to help them succeed in their business. “The key to our success is our commitment to service excellence and customer experience. We actively address our customers pain points and turn them into new opportunities, while providing them with a unique and innovative platform. “At Epsilon, we believe in delivering excellence in everything we do. How we do this is, is by making sure that we understand what our customers’ needs and business goals are. Then, we find ways to optimise their applications and services and successfully meet their overall business objectives. Most of all, we are dedicated to exceeding our customers’ expectations and pushing innovation further than others in the networking space.” It is inevitable that a company will face challenges during their time, for Epsilon Sherry explains the difficulties they have faced and how they overcame them to be a successful firm. “To transform our own business and keep up with the changes happening in the market, we needed to change the mind-set of our employees. “To progress as a company, we wanted to be sure that we were all on the same page and looking towards the future of our industry. “Essentially, we wanted to follow in the footsteps of Cloud, and drive Cloud-centric networking into the mainstream.
