A dedicated Customer Experience team bridges sales and operations, while Select Car Leasing has refined its supplying dealer network to prioritise partners aligned with its service standards. During the past year, those changes have helped reduce lead times by more than 60%, while improved dealer portal management has increased forecast accuracy by more than 35%. Technology is playing an equally important role. Select Car Leasing now has a team of almost 40 technology specialists, with continued investment in AI and self-service tools designed to create a smoother path to securing a new vehicle.
