Best Data Protection Products Supplier - Central Europe Founded in 1993, ZEBRA SYSTEMS s.r.o. initially targeted computer-based learning, image processing and archiving development before expanding out to software distribution in 2003. A decade after the company established itself, ZEBRA SYSTEMS s.r.o. began to move away from its initial interests and begin to focus on software distribution, especially in the field of backup, disaster recovery and cybersecurity. Going into further detail, Zdenek begins by providing us with an insight into the firm’s meteoric rise over the last few years and touching on the client base the team have amassed as a result. “During the last year or so, we have mostly acted as a vendor representative, with our main vendor being Acronis (Cooperation since 2003). Since 2016, we have added GFI Software and are quite fresh into our cooperation with SolarWinds. “Simply by providing premium support and services to our partners, we help businesses and governments secure their digital activities especially now, when ransomware attacks occur more and more often.” Across Central Europe, ZEBRA SYSTEMS s.r.o. constantly face competition in the field of data protection products. With more than 25 years’ experience under their belt, the company possesses significant knowledge of the industry, and as Zdenek goes on to explain, keeping its client base to a manageable number has been the key to success. “As we work with just a small number of vendors, it is possible for us to provide the best level of service both for the vendors and to the partners. Every activity that vendors need handling, we will take care of it, starting with PR & marketing, before continuing with pre-sales support and help with implementation.” At ZEBRA SYSTEMS s.r.o. the overall work culture evolves around responsibility and as Zdenek notes, this has helped achieve an outstanding level of service to clients and partners alike. “Over the years our team has developed so it is easy for everybody to follow the principles we have, even though they are not strictly given. Collectively, we believe everybody should follow his/her mind in order to provide the best service.” Finally, Zdenek comments on the future prospects of the business, while also discussing some of its current activities. “This year we have started to expand more towards South East Europe. Considered a large and promising region for business, we are trying hard to focus on the overall process. It will of course take us at least a year until we are in a state comparable with our performance in Central and Eastern Europe, but we will get there.
