Established in in 2010, since 2012 SecretScreen started to work frequently with universities and multinational companies, developing bespoke audio visual solutions. José shares the firm’s process and how it comes to create tailored solutions that meet each individual clients’ needs. “Here at SecretScreen, our service begins with the preparation of the project from the discussion of a possible idea, a 3D possible solution, alternative discussions and proposals until the confirmation of the decision to install. We are able to offer our clients a selection of solutions including projection and display solutions, LED displays, collaboration solutions, home and office automation and digital signage, as well as the integration of all these elements and AV project consulting, such as 3D, specifications, maintenance solutions, software, etc. “When faced with clients’ increasing expectations and ever evolving needs, the best way to respond is to seek the continuous improvement of our employees, and this is something we constantly undertake so that we can offer a truly exceptional service. Additionally, SecretScreen considers that the partnerships with the brands are fundamental for the full knowledge of the equipment that are proposed in all the solutions. As such, we work closely with the brands we install so that all our technicians know what to do when they receive the schemes and the project design.
