Corporate Vision accident replacement car can help you to get back to life as normal, without worrying about the bill - as this will go to the party at fault! Carbiz Replacement Cars (Carbiz) specialises in arranging replacement cars for those whose cars are involved in not-at-fault accidents or experiencing warranty issues. The firm recovers costs directly from manufacturers, dealers and insurers, and charge no fees to the customer for recovering these costs, removing stress from its customers during a very vulnerable time. The organisation offers step-by-step support from the scene of the accident through to recovery and getting drivers back on the road as quickly, easily and efficiently as possible with a loan car. Carbiz was established in 2016 as a second-hand car dealership, run out of a converted garage. A year later, a friend of the founder was involved in an accident that wasn’t their fault and needed a car while theirs was being repaired. The company stepped in to help, delivering its very first replacement car. That simple act revealed a bigger gap in the automotive insurance industry, and from that moment, Carbiz as you know it was born! Today, with more than 12 branches, over 200 staff and 500 partnerships, Carbiz continues to grow and set the industry standard for replacement cars throughout Australia. What truly sets Carbiz apart is its people and its core values, these being: Love What We Do, Valuing People, Win With Trust, Better Than Yesterday and Collaborative Core. “Carbiz believes that the industry needs to evolve into one that prioritises the customer experience and builds trust through honesty, consistency and accountability.” At Carbiz, people are not simply hired for their skillsets, they are hired for their overriding values too. This means the entire Carbiz team is fully aligned and passionate about working towards the same goal of helping as many Australian drivers as possible. “A big part of what makes Carbiz great is our culture,” a spokesperson for the organisation enthuses. “It’s something people often mention Best Replacement Vehicle Provider 2025 – Australia Carbiz Replacement Cars specialise in arranging replacement cars for those in Australia whose cars are involved in not-at-fault accidents or experiencing warranty issues. We profile the organisation, its core values and its services, in the wake of it being successful and gaining notable recognition in the Automotive Awards 2025. There’s no doubt in the matter - car accidents can land up costing you money, and often, lots of money needs to be shelled out for repair work, hire cars and time needed to sort out the admin that goes on behind the scenes. Getting back to normal day to day life can be challenging in the weeks - and even often months - following a car accident. But if you are not at fault, then it shouldn’t be! If you’re not at fault, then all you need is the right team by your side. And what’s more - if you’re involved in an accident that was not your fault, then you shouldn’t be worried about the costs! Not many are aware of their right to drive following an accident that was not your fault. In Australia, if the accident was caused by the other driver, then they (or their insurance company) are liable for the costs associated with the accident. These costs can, amongst other things, include the cost to repair your (now) damaged vehicle as well as cover the costs for an accident replacement vehicle that is similar to your own. When you’re reeling from a car accident, the stress about the costs can be a major disruption to most people’s lives. A like for like
Automotive Awards 2025 | 5 But don’t just take it from us, read what just a few of Carbiz’s thousands of delighted customers have to say about the firm! “These people from Carbiz deserves not just 5 stars, unfortunately google allows only 5! Here is additional 5 more stars to make it 10! Very accommodating, honest and hospitable. They are willing to deliver the replacement cars. Thanks to all the staff.” - B Cabatingan “I want to express my sincere gratitude to Carbiz for the incredible support they provided. From the very beginning, I felt accompanied and supported every step of the way — not only for lending me a vehicle in excellent condition, which allowed me to continue with my work routine during the long four months the whole process lasted, but also for their constant guidance throughout the insurance claim against the woman who hit my car. Their professionalism, empathy, and willingness to help made a real difference. They were always attentive to my questions, kept me informed, and ensured everything moved forward in the best possible way. Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding customer service and for making a difficult process so much more manageable. Highly recommended!” - L Fernanda “If you are in need of help when you are involved in a not at fault accident look no further than Carbiz because they take the time to listen to your situation and get you what you need in no time at all!” - Steve W Company: Carbiz Replacement Cars Web Address: carbiz.com.au when they talk about Carbiz, and it’s what sets us apart, not just from our competitors, but from organisations across industries.” When recruiting, Carbiz prioritises candidates who align with its core values by identifying key indicators that demonstrate their fit throughout the recruitment process. For instance, candidates who showcase a strong sense of collaboration and a willingness to contribute to a positive team culture are highly valued, as they embody the firm’s ‘Collaborative Core’ value. “This ensures that we hire individuals who not only have the skills needed for the role, but also contribute to fostering the culture that defines our organisation,” the spokesperson adds. Applications from a wide range of individuals are encouraged, prioritising attitude and potential alongside technical skills, as qualities like a strong desire to learn are just as critical as experience. This focus has led to a diverse workforce within Carbiz that reflects the communities it serves. Currently, the replacement car industry in Australia is facing a lack of transparency. Too often, customers are left under-informed about their rights, especially after not-at-fault accidents. Many organisations operating within this sector prioritise their own interests, creating confusion and frustration for customers at a time when they’re already vulnerable. “Carbiz believes that the industry needs to evolve into one that prioritises the customer experience and builds trust through honesty, consistency and accountability,” states the spokesperson. “That’s the shift that drives each and every staff member at Carbiz every day.” It is due to this dedication and commitment to exceptional customer service that Carbiz was recently successful in the Automotive Awards 2025, and honoured with the title of Best Replacement Vehicle Provider 2025 – Australia.

Corporate Vision As one of the UK’s largest independent vehicle leasing providers, Nationwide Vehicle Contracts (NVC) offers affordable leasing across 600 new cars and commercial vehicles, plus over 500 used cars through its exclusive used car leasing programme. Since 2002, the firm has arranged more than 160,000 lease agreements for SMEs and private customers, with its main services being Personal Contract Hire (PCH) and Business Contract Hire (BCH), supported by friendly, knowledgeable people and advanced digital tools. The mission at Nationwide Vehicle Contracts has always been simple: to be the first choice for vehicle leasing in the UK by offering competitive prices and fast delivery. Being one of the first brokers to go online, coupled with its award-winning website being one of the most advanced in the market - with real-time stock updates, instant quotes, and smart eligibility tools - it’s clear to see why Nationwide Vehicle Contracts stands tall. Over the past year, the industry has placed greater focus on transparency following a Court of Appeal ruling about dealers failing to disclose commissions to private buyers. The outcome requires dealers to be open about commissions and gain informed consent from customers. While this mainly affects retail finance, there are ongoing questions about whether similar standards will extend to business and fleet leasing. “Transparency is at our heart,” explains Donna Kelly, Head of Marketing and Communications at the firm. “Our clear, transparent pricing has earned us a 100% BVRLA compliance pass rate, over 55 industry awards, and the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for four years running.” The vehicle leasing sector is going through a period of major change driven by regulation, technology, and customer expectations. Vehicle supply continues to recover following years of disruption. Semiconductor shortages have eased, but the war in Ukraine continues to cause production bottlenecks, leading to longer lead times. These delays affect customer satisfaction and fleet renewal cycles, pushing leasing providers to strengthen ties with manufacturers and widen supply sources. Electrification, however, remains the biggest shift. The 2024 Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) mandate has accelerated progress, requiring 22% of new car sales and 10% of van sales to be zero emission, with targets increasing each year until 2035. Electric and hybrid vehicles now make up a growing share of new leases, supported by ESG goals and Benefit-in-Kind incentives. However, limited charging infrastructure continues to affect consumer confidence in full electric adoption. Despite these challenges, the UK vehicle leasing sector remains strong and continues to play an essential role in supporting both business and personal mobility across the country. Demand is steady, driven by flexible finance options, predictable monthly costs, and the growing shift from ownership to access. Business contract hire still leads the Nationwide Vehicle Contracts is a recognised, trusted name in vehicle leasing with its long-standing reputation for reliability and integrity reflected in the plethora of online customer reviews and satisfaction scores. We find out more as it celebrates a win in the Automotive Awards 2025. Most Trusted Vehicle Leasing Company 2025 - UK market, while personal leasing continues to grow as customers seek convenience and value. Unlike many competitors, Nationwide Vehicle Contracts is an independent vehicle leasing provider. The fact that it’s not owned by a bank or large corporation means it avoids the bureaucracy, conflicts of interest, and cultural changes that often come with corporate ownership. In fact, the original founders still own the business today. These are all contributing factors which differentiate Nationwide Vehicle Contracts from contemporaries. This independence also means that Nationwide Vehicle Contracts can work with a wide range of leading funders, including ALD Automotive, Arval, Lex Autolease, Novuna Vehicle Solutions, and Santander Consumer Finance, giving customers access to competitive prices, exclusive stock, and deals they won’t find elsewhere. “We’re very proud of our award-winning customer service,” Donna elaborates. “We focus on friendly, helpful support rather than pushy sales tactics. This mix of digital efficiency and human support is one reason we have a 68% client retention rate.” Nationwide Vehicle Contracts stay ahead of the curve by continuing to invest in technology to make leasing faster and easier. Its award-winning website offers real-time stock updates, instant quotes, and interactive tools which were used by more than 99,000 customers in 2024. Behind the scenes, AI and automation have reduced processing times by 63%, improving efficiency without compromising service. Internal culture at NVC is built on trust, respect, and collaboration and the company boasts a diverse team where people feel supported, valued, and motivated to grow. “We believe great customer service starts with great people,” enthuses Donna. “Every employee receives ongoing training in compliance, systems, and customer communication to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver an excellent experience. We invest in professional development and encourage a growth mindset to keep our team skilled and innovative.” For its dedication to excellent customer service, and a deep commitment to valuing staff members, Nationwide Vehicle Contracts recently celebrated success in the Automotive Awards 2025 as it received the prestigious title of Most Trusted Vehicle Leasing Company 2025 – UK. Now Nationwide Vehicle Contracts is looking to a bright future ahead, with investment in new digital tools to make leasing faster and more transparent, and priorities for next year including improving the customer portal, expanding live vehicle tracking, and enhancing post-sale support through AI-driven insights. These upgrades will make it easier for customers to manage their lease from start to finish. For businesses in transportation, construction, or logistics, choosing Ardamas means reduced operational disruptions, lower long-term costs through proactive maintenance, and a trusted partner dedicated to a firm’s success - making it not just a repair shop, but an essential extension of client’s teams. Northwest Florida’s truck repair sector supports a regional economy still rebounding — and now booming — after Category 5 Hurricane Michael struck in 2018. The storm damaged or destroyed critical infrastructure and flooded tens of thousands of vehicles, but the subsequent recovery has driven unprecedented construction and logistics activity. More than $650 million in federal grants, 134,000+ building permits since 2018, port expansions, highway upgrades, and new industrial projects have created sustained demand for heavy trucking and skilled trades. The Panhandle is rapidly diversifying into a more industrialised hub, which translates directly into steady work for commercial fleet maintenance providers. Like most shops, Ardamas contends with technician shortages, 10–15% parts price inflation, and lingering supplychain issues. The company counters these challenges with aggressive internal training (every technician completes 40+ hours of paid training annually), profit-sharing, voluntary weekend call only (with overtime), and a deliberate culture built on five core values: Integrity, Growth, Excellence, Teamwork, and Stewardship. “These aren’t posters on a wall — they’re how we operate every day,” says Katie Sessoms. “When owners still jump in the bay and turn wrenches alongside the team during busy periods, technicians know we’re all in this together. That culture is our biggest recruiting tool and the reason we’ve been able to grow so quickly.” This commitment to its team members, as well as its customer excellence, is what saw Ardamas gain notable recognition in the Automotive Awards 2025 and clinch the title of Best Heavy-Duty Fleet Repair Company 2025 – USA. Operating both an in-shop facility and mobile services within a 60-mile radius of Panama City, Ardamas utilises a highly qualified team including ASE-certified mechanics, Bosch master technicians, and specialists with crane and boom certifications, emphasising the use of advanced technology for diagnostics and repairs to ensure vehicle safety, reliability, and efficiency. Ardamas primarily serves businesses with commercial fleets in northwest Florida, including those in transportation, construction, and heavy equipment operations. The firm provides a comprehensive range of diesel mechanic and fleet services, tailored for medium- and heavy-duty vehicles. Key offerings include Preventive Maintenance; DOT Inspections and Compliance; Repair Services; Mobile and Roadside Assistance; and Fleet Management. These services not only position Ardamas as the premier choice for fleet operators by delivering unmatched reliability, efficiency, and value that directly translates to business success, it also prioritises high-quality parts, personalised solutions, and a hassle-free experience to align with client budgets and schedules. “In an industry where downtime can cost thousands per hour, our diagnostics-driven model and mobile capabilities ensure vehicles return to service faster, often on the same day, as echoed in our customer’s feedback,” explains Tom. “Customer testimonials often come from fleet operators or drivers praising quick roadside fixes, professional service, and reliability. Automotive Awards 2025 | 11 From the classic Land Rover Freelander to the luxurious Range Rover Sport, Land Rover has made some truly staggering cars over the years, and arguably remains the king of the off-road vehicle to this day. Given its varied terrain, Australia is the perfect place to put the Land Rover name to the test, and the tens of thousands of Land Rover and Range Rover owners across the country need somewhere to make sure that their rugged vehicles remain in tip-top shape, whether they use them for off-roading or just the school run. This is where Series Workshop comes in, with its fully equipped facilities and dedicated team of knowledgeable experts serving as the perfect combination for keeping Australia’s Land Rover community on the roads. Carrying out almost everything from its workshop in the heart of Canberra – the only thing the team do not do themselves is rebuild automatic gearboxes – a minor service, major service, or any repairs/diagnostics will not be done to a higher standard than at Series Workshop, and this is a promise its team happily uphold. EV-ready and boasting all of the latest diagnostic and programming tools, Series Workshop balances the scales by being equally talented when it comes to older and newer models of both Land Rovers and Range Rovers alike. This unique distinction ultimately stems from the fully independent nature of the business, which gives the team free rein to work on the vehicles they are passionate about and ensures that they set the standard for quality. In addition to its total independence, Series Workshop is distinguished by its total honesty. “Our customers are welcome in our workshop whenever they want to and during any stage of repair they can come in and have a look.” Since it works with both new and old Land Rovers and Range Rovers, it is crucial that Series Workshop stays up to date with all industry trends, not only when it comes to new technologies but also the regulations impacting older models. For example, diesel particulate filters (DPFs) and diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) are currently areas of concern due to their environmental impact. Similarly, four-wheel drive systems have got smaller and today use less oil, resulting in them needing more regular services and frequent maintenance. These sorts of concerns have resulted in a simple process being developed by Series Workshop for solving problems and ensuring quality outcomes across the board. The company’s own Shelby Clark, who serves as the workshop manager, explains this process to us in more detail: “In our workshop we use the 3x rule. If things happen a third time we find a solution or process to prevent this from happening again, implementing it into our day-to-day servicing and communicating it to our customers.” Because this is an industry where looking too far ahead is impossible given the rapid state of change, Series Workshop strives to remain focused on the present – especially when it comes to solving customer needs. Nevertheless, whatever comes along, Shelby and As Canberra’s independent Land Rover and Range Rover specialists, Series Workshop Pty Ltd is proud to serve the community through its multifaceted, tailored approach. From carrying out maintenance and logbook services to repairing faults, the qualified, in-house specialists working on the premises here provide exemplary services for these equally exemplary vehicles, ensuring that all owners can continue to have the very best experiences with their cars for many years to come. Best 4x4 Maintenance Centre 2025 – Canberra & Independent Vehicle Specialists of the Year 2025 – Canberra Series Workshop Pty Ltd her team will continue to tackle it head on, allowing them to better serve the niche community that they are today a cornerstone of. This company-wide commitment has resulted in Series Workshop being awarded with multiple accolades. Reflecting on this, John tells us: “As the owner of the business my customers are number one and my staff are number two. Let’s be honest – these two cannot work without each other. Staff have to have self-respect and be self-motivated, and these qualities are automatically seen in their work. Customers see that too.” It is this which fuels the cycle of success that Series Workshop has mastered. We’re proud to award Series Workshop the titles of Best 4x4 Maintenance Centre 2025 – Canberra and Independent Vehicle Specialists of the Year 2025 – Canberra in this year’s Automotive Awards. There are also no issues with spilling, harmful vapours, or skin irritation, all of which are present in the NiMH batteries. Rigorous testing has been carried out to back up these claims, with several lab tests even simulating a 15-year lifespan for the battery, showcasing the durability and enhanced performance delivered. As the only company on the planet to have turned the idea of a sodium-ion battery into a real-world solution, NexPower’s innovation is not hard to see. Its distinction is particularly notable when compared to the sub-standard, China-produced NiMH batteries which are being labelled as OEM products and are currently flooding the US market due to their low price. Shops know these batteries will not last but sell them anyway to stay competitive. Thus, for assurance, it pays to invest in NexPower’s innovative hybrid battery solution. Readers do not just have to take our word for it, as the quality inherent across NexPower’s advanced battery technology is reflected through the company having grown organically over the years, through word-of-mouth referrals and the feedback of thousands of satisfied customers from all over the world. On the back of this, the company does not need any investors or a sales team, and it consists solely of dedicated scientists/engineers passionate about battery innovation and having a lasting impact on this space. With plans to continue to research and develop new advanced battery technologies for all hybrid vehicles in the pipeline, this to go alongside the Prius batteries it has already created, 2026 is set to see production of its sodiumion battery expand to Toyota and Lexus SUV hybrids like the RX400h, the RX450h, the Highlander Hybrid, and the LS600h. In this way, NexPower Energy Inc. is doubling down on its work towards its vision of a more sustainable solution, making it a bright spot in our Automotive Awards 2025. Contact: Jack Chiou Company: NexPower Energy Inc. Web Address: https://sodiumhybrid.com/ Comprising a team of scientists and engineers proudly representing the Prius community, NexPower’s mission revolves around one thing: building a more sustainable future. Its work towards this began with a bold plan, this to take the old, heavy, and expensive batteries from hybrids and replace them with LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) technology. The admittedly mixed results saw the team return to the drawing board to come up with a better alternative, and the sodium-ion battery they offer today is exactly that. “Even though our lithium project from 2020-2023 faced major setbacks, the lessons we learned helped pave the way for our sodium-ion success. This new technology puts us at the forefront of sustainable battery innovation.” Engineered to excel in even the most demanding environments – seen through NexPower having beta testers placed in strategic and challenging environments like Alaska, Texas, and Arizona, three of the harshest climates the US boasts on both sides of the scale – the results have been remarkable, with this revolutionary sodium-ion battery working exceptionally, even in those models which previously had battery problems. Fuelling these outcomes are the six benefits of using sodiumion power for a hybrid battery. First of all, this technology is a cost-effective replacement for traditional batteries, as it only requires swapping out the modules, with the previous battery case able to be used again. Then there is the weight advantage, with this advanced battery technology weighing approximately half of the roughly 80lbs taken up by a standard NiMH battery. The third benefit of NexPower’s sodium-ion battery modules is that they deliver an average peak power of 300A – around twice that provided by a standard NiMH battery – leading to a demonstrable increase in power from right out of the box. Moreover, not only is there no sacrifice in fuel performance, but this solution actually offers an enhanced fuel economy, something that can be attributed to this hybrid battery maintaining the optimal voltage to encourage the vehicle’s built-in computer to use its electric power setting. With petrol and diesel vehicles fading and electric vehicles still suffering with some teething issues, hybrids have become increasingly popular over the last decade or so. Whilst they offer the best of both worlds, one complaint people have with hybrids is their batteries, which often underperform. Following more than ten years of research, NexPower Energy Inc. is proud to present the solution to aged, failing, nickel metal hydride (NiMH) batteries. CEO Jack Chiou was on hand for more. Corporate Vision Best EV Charging Network 2025 Portugal is making significant strides in transitioning to electric mobility, driven by a combination of public policies, tax incentives, and a growing environmental awareness among consumers. Leading the charge in the country’s journey towards a sustainable future is MOBI.E, a company directly shaping this transition through the development and management of Portugal’s Electric Mobility Network (EGME). We heard more from the company’s CEO – Luís Barroso – below, as MOBI.E is named in the Automotive Awards 2025. Since its inception in 2015, MOBI.E has been on a mission to accelerate Portugal’s transition to electric mobility. As an independent and neutral entity, the state-owned company has played an essential role in the national ecosystem, ensuring the management of energetic, financial, and informational flows in the public charging network. At the heart of MOBI.E’s mission is the Mobility Management Platform (MMP), a unique roaming and energy platform that ensures full network interoperability. The digital platform facilitates the connection and integrated management of all public access charging points, in addition to private access points that owners voluntarily choose to connect to the network. The MMP ensures the synchronous flow of all necessary information between the different stakeholders across the system. With a single card or app, electric vehicle users are provided with live information about the availability of the charging infrastructure, ad hoc pricing, and the rates applied by charging point operators. Similarly, charging point operators can access all up to date information relating to charges carried out at their stations. Electricity suppliers for electric mobility can use the MMP to ensure that their cards and apps connect seamlessly with all charging points integrated into the National network. What’s more, regulatory and supervisory entities are equipped with direct access to information about the entire charging infrastructure’s operations, allowing them to act more effectively and in alignment with their responsibilities. “The MMP collects and provides real-time information on availability, consumption, and tariffs, ensuring public visibility and operational reliability,” Luís shared. “The result is a system that is unique in this world, combining technology, neutrality, and total price transparency, where users know how much they are paying for the energy consumed and the charging service for each operation, thus avoiding hidden costs which, as we know, have been appearing in systems offering integrated tariffs.” In a competitive market, MOBI.E stands out for its neutrality, technical innovation, and integrated management capacity. Its system allows hundreds of entities – CPOs, EMSPs, DSOs, and municipalities – to operate in a common ecosystem, with shared rules and fully integrated data. This ecosystem enables MOBI.E to support the “bring your own power” philosophy, guaranteeing a consistent, secure, and transparent charging network that allows users to charge at any point with their own energy contract. The system is supported by an unwavering commitment to reliability; the MMP monitors the status of each charging point in real time and shares this information with operators, suppliers, DSOs, and users alike through the MOBI.Data public portal and various APIs. This operational transparency allows users to plan their journeys with confidence, reducing range anxiety – a critical factor in the mass adoption of electric vehicles – whilst also reducing the operational costs of EMSPs and CPOs. MOBI.E’s approach has proven its efficacy; Portugal now boasts one of the highest rates of electric vehicle adoption in Europe, with the market growing by approximately 50% per year in terms of users, charging sessions, and overall energy consumption. With more than 100 CPOs, 35 EMSPs, and 75 integrated manufacturers, MOBI.E has established itself as a key player in the sustainable mobility sector. The sector continues to evolve at a rapid pace, shaped by technological innovation and the energy system’s expanded integration. MOBI.E aims to remain at the forefront of this transformation, with plans to develop smart charging and plug & charge solutions, bidirectional technologies – such as vehicleto-grid – and predictive models based on artificial intelligence to optimise infrastructure planning and management. Over the years, MOBI.E has developed a unique knowledge and expertise in the electric mobility sector, recognised both in Portugal and abroad. Looking ahead, the company intends to expand its operations to Europe, with a particular focus on Spain – a neighbouring market with five times the potential of Portugal, but with less than half the market share in terms of electric cars. With many Portuguese companies already successfully operating in Spain, this is a natural step for MOBI.E to share its knowledge and experience, supporting the growth of a more integrated and efficient European market. We at Corporate Vision magazine cannot wait to see what is next for MOBI.E, as it continues to build on its recognition as the Best EV Charging Network 2025. Company: MOBI.E., S.A.
