Additionally, I also see 2nd and 3rd world countries taking on more environmental initiatives. The general public in Canada has great access to information and are aware of environmental issues, so we are seeing with the need for social licence to get large capital projects such as pipelines, hydroelectric dams, mines, etc, approved. As such, I also foresee more recycling, more green waste composting programs, and less garbage going to landfills.” With regards to the future of IVEY, the firm is expanding its National Technical Sales Distribution team to deliver IVEY innovative products globally. George and his team are hoping to move into three to five new countries during 2018, and this growth will be watched eagerly by many in the industry as IVEY remains a key player in this constantly expanding global market.
