He received early acceptance to the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 1988 and graduated in 1992. He later pursued post-graduate degrees in Business Administration (2017) and most recently completed his Ph.D. in Philosophy during the 2020 pandemic. Beginning his legal career with the Federal Department of Justice, Leighton completed his Articles of Clerkship in 1993 before taking a hiatus to play minor league professional hockey with the Daytona Beach Sun Devils. In 1995, he resumed full-time legal practice, founding his own practice in 2005. Having conducted hundreds of trials before Alberta courts, Leighton has long been regarded as one of Alberta’s leading criminal trial lawyers. He has served as a mentor and principal to eight articling students, two of whom became Partners at GWSLLP. Also a qualified Mediator, Arbitrator, and a member of the ADR Institute of Canada, Leighton served as an Adjudicator for Law Society disciplinary hearings from 2015–2020. He was appointed King’s Counsel in 2010, then became Alberta’s youngest lawyer to hold that prestigious title. Bigg Justice & Humanitarian Award. Leighton was deeply involved in the original Indian Residential Schools (IRS) Class Action from 2004–2016, representing hundreds of claimants through the ADR process that formed part of the broader settlement and ultimately led to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Report. In 2024, Leighton was named one of Canada’s Top 50 Lawyers - an honour reserved for the most exceptional legal practitioners in the country. With over 140,000 lawyers across Canada, fewer than 0.5% are selected for this distinction, providing third-party recognition of his professional excellence. In addition to his legal practice, Leighton also has a podcast called GreyMatter. More than 350 episodes have been published where he invites guests to be interviewed on the show, and releases weekly commentaries on salient topics in politics, culture, history, the arts, economics, and religion. GreyMatter is available on Apple, Spotify, YouTube, Rumble, and Podbean. When asked about his career highlights, Leighton places emphasis on a particularly notable case which took place in 2023 when the firm was lead counsel in Ingram v. Alberta. The case successfully challenged all of the Covid-19 lockdown orders that restricted the rights and freedoms of five million Albertans. “Alberta is the only province in Canada where such a constitutional challenge to government authority was successful,” Leighton tells Best Civil Law Firm 2026 - Alberta A full-service law firm with a team of highly trained professionals, Grey Wowk Spencer LLP practices in a variety of areas in law, customising its approach to match its clients’ needs to ensure they receive the best possible service and attention. Leighton B.U. Grey KC, the firm’s Founder, tells us more about the company and its ethos. From business contracts to criminal cases to constitutional rights to family law, as a full-service law firm, Grey Wowk Spencer LLP (Grey Wowk Spencer) covers a wide variety of legal services and can assist with any legal situation. With a mission to take a genuine interest in its clients, understand their objectives, and meet or exceed their expectations, Grey Wowk Spencer is dedicated to several core values. These values include working hard, providing superior legal services on a timely, effective and efficient basis, and maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity for its clients. Regarding the firm’s internal culture, it aims to foster an enjoyable working environment, based upon open communication and mutual respect, and encourages initiative, imagination, innovation, teamwork, and loyalty. The company also employs 10 guiding principles to ensure that it can give its clients the best possible service and achieve the best possible outcome. These principles also serve as the practice’s unique selling point and help to differentiate it from competitors within the industry. • Belief that there exists an enduring moral order. That order is made for mankind, and we are made for it. Human nature is a constant, and moral truths are permanent. • Adhere to the inherent value of custom, convention, continuity, and law. • Belief in the principle of prescription, such that modern people stand upon the shoulders of giants, able to see farther than their ancestors only because of the great stature of those who have come before us. • Guided by the principle of prudence, which is chief among virtues for advocates. • Pay attention to the principle of variety. • Chastened by the principle of imperfectability. • The knowledge that personal freedom and property are closely linked. • To uphold voluntary community rather than involuntary collectivism. • The need for wise restraints upon power and human passions. • Understanding that permanence and change must be recognised and reconciled in a vigorous and just society. Representing people from all walks of life, the firm offers guidance and legal representation to those going through divorce, those who have suffered personal injury, those charged criminally, those in need of a will or to probate an estate, those who need assistance with a real estate transaction, and in class actions, we represent plaintiffs who have suffered loss of employment through Covid 19 policies, and indigenous peoples who have suffered Indian Residential School related abuses. The Ingram decision also gave rise to a series of other important changes to Alberta law.” When searching for potential new recruits, Leighton looks for young lawyers who share the firm’s values, with a focus upon bringing great people into the business, and not necessarily those who have the most impressive transcripts or CVs.” “The more true we are to our values, the better talent we attract,” he elaborates. “This has been a very successful formula for us in terms of attracting outstanding people to our team.” Despite its overwhelming success and growth over the years, Leighton tells us there have been many challenges along the way. Two current obstacles that the firm is facing include the advent of artificial intelligence (AI) into the legal profession and also the progressive restrictions placed upon free speech. “AI is a tremendous tool for lawyers, but it is also dangerous to place too great reliance upon it,” he states. “As with all types of technology, our practice makes use of AI responsibly to serve our clients, while maintaining a high standard of diligence and personal client care.” Regarding the freedom of speech, Leighton tells us the Canadian government is in the process of criminalising certain types of free speech which it considers objectionable. “It is following the dangerous course that the British government has followed, resulting in more than 12,000 arrests annually just for making social media posts,” he continues. “Responding to such tyranny is a challenge that we will face in providing our clients with vigilant representation.” Thanks to his diligence and devotion to his clients, Leighton and the team at Grey Wowk Spencer recently gained recognition in the Canadian Business Awards 2026 when the practice was crowned with the prestigious accolade of Best Civil Law Firm 2026 – Alberta.
Corporate Vision Best Transport Sector Energy Transition Consultancy & CleanTech Innovation Award 2026 The transportation sector is undergoing a renewable revolution, driven by the increasing adoption of electric vehicles and renewable energy sources. In such a rapidly evolving landscape, fleet owners are now seeking turnkey solution providers to guide their transition with consulting, equipment, and vehicle support. FleetZero is a Toronto-based energy transition consultancy for the transport sector that has positioned itself as an invaluable partner in this field. We spoke with Co-Founders Naeem Farooqi and Sherena Hussain to learn more, as FleetZero is named in the Canadian Business Awards 2026. “Some call us the fleet whisperer. Others call us the turnkey solution. At FleetZero, we deliver solutions.” FleetZero was launched in 2023, when Co-Founders Naeem Farooqi and Sherena Hussain set out to address the top roadblocks facing fleet-minded owners as they transition to low carbon transportation. After advising on tens of thousands of fleet vehicles from all corners of the world, it became clear to the pair that the road to lowering emissions and improving fuel economy is currently fragmented, complicated, and full of unnecessary obstacles. When FleetZero was formed, it was intentionally designed to simplify the energy transition for fleets, governments, utilities, and capital providers in such a way that does not compromise on fleet priorities. Its services span from advising on how to reduce transportation emissions and fuel usage to supporting the implementation of new propulsion and fleet innovations. In this vein, the company serves as a liaison to address infrastructure needs, providing a connection to capital when needed and delivering maintenance process development, training and insulated tools, as well as safety services to ensure vehicles remain on the road safely and sustainably. Within its first year, FleetZero established footprints in Toronto, New York, and London and signed more than ten strategic partnerships in a network spanning four continents. Since then, the company has become an approved supplier for Fleet Electrification by the Sourcewell Procurement Group and the Canoe Procurement Group of Canada, as well as certified as a Diverse Supplier by the Canada Aboriginal and Minority Supplier Council. In 2025, FleetZero’s team saw the opening of its own headquarters on the downtown Toronto waterfront and was an official event partner for Toronto’s inaugural Climate Week. Today, FleetZero works with many fleets across Canada and the globe, ranging from public to private, large and small. Its clients include Canada’s largest public transit agencies, public works departments, transportation companies, utilities, and refuse trucking fleets. These clients appreciate FleetZero’s C-suite to boots-on-the-ground (“Pit-Crew”) approach, combined with decades of fleet experience, leading analytical capabilities, and new, proprietary technologies designed to advance fleet asset management, maintenance, operations, and financial stability. What’s more, the company is also low and zero-emission agnostic. It provides unrivalled insights and support for battery electric, hybridelectric, compressed natural gas, renewable natural gas, renewable diesel, dual fuel, and hydrogen fuel cell propulsion forms. To date, FleetZero’s core team has completed more than 100 feasibility studies for hydrogen and battery electric fleet decarbonisation, including for transit and public works fleets seeking support on the accelerated adoption and deployment of EVs and EV charging infrastructure across the globe in alignment with their asset management plans. “We believe that it is our collective responsibility to protect our planet and reduce our carbon footprint,” Sherena shared. “Our turnkey solutions not only remove the emission transition headache but also help fleets achieve their sustainability goals by reducing greenhouse gas emissions, improving fuel efficiency, and promoting a cleaner and healthier environment for all. With our expertise and commitment to sustainability, we can help light to heavy-duty fleets navigate their route to zero emissions and contribute to a more sustainable future for generations to come.” As sustainability objectives, policy support, and technologies evolve, the team works with fleets to understand the landscape and introduce lasting solutions. It focuses on elevating fleet priorities among senior leaders without compromising on original commitments, whether financial or environmental, and customises every solution for each fleet. The core value of listening from shopfloor to the top-floor is key to this process, enabling the team to FleetZero Delivers “Zero Emissions, Zero Headaches.”
Canadian Business Awards 2026 | 7 understand what works, what does not, and identify potential pain points for clients and their stakeholders. For FleetZero, this often means listening for what is not said but has the potential to later become a challenge. “For example,” said Naeem, “several clients have purchased battery-electric buses and are now beginning to receive vehicles into their fleet. At FleetZero, we know that maintenance processes will need to be modified and that staff must be given the appropriate insulated tooling and protective equipment in order to be kept safe while working around high voltage systems. As a trusted advisor, we work with clients to identify these pending needs and craft solutions that work with them.” In fact, the company develops and sells insulated tools, personal protective equipment, and safety equipment designed to keep employees safe when working around battery electric and hybrid electric vehicles. The team is continuously striving to develop new tools, services, and technology solutions in this field, driven by an unwavering pit-crew mentality and FleetZero’s Fleet-First, SolutionDriven, Customer-Focused, Innovation-Minded, and SustainabilityGrounded core values. It is for this dedication and focus that FleetZero has been awarded the CleanTech Innovation Award 2026. As telematics are rolled out in EV technology, new sensors, AIplatforms and other advanced technology is being deployed in these vehicles to improve their operation and maintenance. In particular, FleetZero has noted a strong push to redesign traditional time-based maintenance intervals and activity by implementing a reliability- and monitoring-based approach. The company intends to lead the charge in such developments. To remain at the forefront of industry advancement, FleetZero ensures that investment in training remains a top-tier priority. This is especially true as the training and specialist complex diagnostic of EV and Hydrogen fleets gives rise to a new technician class, standing at the crossroads of technology and mechanical repair. FleetZero’s trademarked culture and training programme, Mechanic of the Future™, allows the company to identify shop culture while also nurturing eager technicians into the shop leaders of tomorrow. FleetZero’s diverse team hails from an array of disciplines, spanning engineering, planning, mechanical, accounting, finance, data analytics, technology, and legal. Each member of the team works together in close collaboration to develop solutions to complex problems, especially as new vehicle technologies are deployed across the industry. “We screen for skills and hire for passion, curiosity, and problem-solving capabilities,” Naeem added. “We enjoy recruiting from local and global talent depending on the job function. We also pose fleet-themed questions to future staff, such as ‘What’s your favourite car brand?’ Fleet is in our recruitment DNA.” As a champion of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, giving back to the local community is as important as technical excellence at FleetZero. The company prides itself on contributing to associations and communities it is a part of, with one shining example being its partnership with Partners in Project Green in Toronto, working together to advance environmental mandates around tree planting and inclusive skills development. In addition to this, the team provide education and training on lessons learned surrounding clean fuel adoption and implementation across Ontario. The company will continue its educational endeavours on a wider scale, as Naeem announced FleetZero’s latest project: “Behind the Fleet is our new podcast series that takes our lessons learned and shares them with our clients and broader community. Rooted as a diverse business based in Toronto, we continue to educate and elevate fleets around us that are working to achieve the benefits of decarbonisation. The purpose of this series is to highlight that the journey to zero emissions is not a one-size-fits-all solution but rather one tailored to their maintenance, duty cycle, and supply chain requirements.” Looking further to the future, FleetZero is focused on rolling out GarageZero™ throughout 2026. Working in partnership with Cementex, North America’s market only design-driven manufacturer of double-insulated hand tools, the team will offer double-insulated 1000V safety tools and personal protective equipment to medium and heavy-duty fleets as they transition to zero emission vehicles. This includes safety tool kits, interchangeable tools, wrenches, pliers and crimpers, screwdrivers and nutdrivers, and personal protective equipment, accessories, and insulated rubber goods. From its unrivalled turnkey solutions to its steadfast commitment to supporting clients in their transition to low carbon transportation, FleetZero has emerged as a leader in the field of clean transportation. The company has been instrumental in helping countless fleets on their journey to zero emissions, and we at Corporate Vision magazine are delighted to recognise FleetZero as the Best Transport Sector Energy Transition Consultancy 2026. Valérie Saltel, Francophone Tourism Development Coordinator at ExploreTNL, specialises in researching projects, marketing and communication strategies in order to help the brand remain constantly connected to the provincial tourism industry, as well as to uncover new trends and to increase the French and bilingual tourism offerings and experiences throughout the province. With more than 10 years’ worth of experience under her belt, Valerie is highly-skilled in areas of promotion in international tourist markets and has been based in her current position for almost four years. She tells us more about how she has worked to evolve the brand since joining. “Firstly, I worked to reposition ExploreTNL to find the right place, and fit, within the provincial ecosystem,” Valerie states. “Now, we operate at the first level of the tourism ecosystem (local) just before provincial and national.” It wasn’t an easy task as Valerie was faced was many stereotypical prejudices and had a fight on her hands to establish connections within the community in order to assist and support bilingual businesses. She found that a human image helped create authenticity and build trust amongst the francophone community, obviously being Best Regional Tourism Promotion Initiative 2026 ExploreTNL, the dedicated tourism division of provincial non-profit HorizonTNL, aims to promote economic and cultural growth for the francophone community in the Newfoundland and Labrador region. Valerie Saltel tells us more about the region’s unique and diverse culture in the wake of the organisation gaining recognition in the Canadian Business Awards 2026. The francophone (French speaking) community in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, known as FrancoTerreneuviens, is a minority group (approximately 0.5% of the population), mainly concentrated on the Port au Port Peninsula in St. John’s, and Labrador. Influenced by Acadian, Quebec, and French cultures, this diverse community maintains their language through specific educational and cultural institutions. The community speaks a distinct Newfoundland French, influenced by centuries of isolation, as well as connections to Acadia and St. Pierre and Miquelon. The history of French-speaking Newfoundlanders and Labradorians is rich and ancient, dating back to the time of the European exploration of North America in the 16th century, beginning in 1504 with Breton peasants seeking land and economic mobility through the lucrative cod trade, driven by Catholic dietary laws. Though France ceded the island to Britain in 1713, they retained fishing rights, eventually settling on the “French Shore” (west coast) following the 1783 Treaty of Versailles. These isolated communities - notably Cap-Saint-Georges, La Grand’Terre, and L’Anseà-Canards - maintained a self-sufficient lifestyle rooted in Catholic traditions and a rich oral heritage of Breton and Acadian songs. The mid-20th century brought rapid change. The establishment of a US military base during WWII introduced materialism and a “linguistic hierarchy” that favoured English for economic mobility. This sparked a period of intense anglicisation; families changed surnames (e.g., Leblanc to White) to avoid the stigma. By 1954, researchers feared the culture had vanished, as it survived only in private spheres to avoid social reprisal. Revitalisation began after Newfoundland joined Confederation in 1949. Federal bilingualism policies and the 1982 Charter of Rights empowered the community. Key institutions like the Fédération des francophones de Terre-Neuve et du Labrador (1973) and the Conseil Scolaire Francophone (1997) were established to defend linguistic rights. Cultural icons like Emile Benoit helped shift public perception, while the 1986 adoption of the FrancoNewfoundland flag - featuring yellow sails and the pitcher plant - symbolised a reclaimed identity. Despite many challenges, the francophone community has evolved over the centuries and now consists of more than twenty thousand French speaking residents, with around 2,000-3,000 who claim French as their primary language. Operating under the HorizonTNL banner, ExploreTNL is a French tourism non-profit organisation geared to the francophone (French-speaking) community in St Johns – the capital and largest city of the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador. Working in conjunction with the provincial, national and international governments in tourism, ExploreTNL creates

Canadian Business Awards 2026 | 11 The key message of the Suicide Prevention Centre of Montreal is this: a person is never alone. Whenever they need to talk to or write to somebody, their team is here to give free and confidential support. The organisation offers a variety of services for individuals with suicidal thoughts, as well as their loved ones or those who have experienced the suicide of somebody close to them. It also delivers training and support for mental health professionals, as well as offering resources for individuals and organisations alike. Working primarily with people in distress, the first line of action that SPCM takes is are phone and text-based interventions. Whether a person is having suicidal thoughts or needs someone to talk to following the suicide of a loved one, the team is contactable by phone at 1 866 277-3553, by chat at suicide.ca, or by text at 535353. Equally as important are the second-line interventions, which see the team offer a follow-up call within the next 24 to 36 hours to people who previously called them at a high level of suicide danger, ensuring they are safe and providing continued support if necessary. The organisation provides other interventions that fall into this category of follow-up after a critical incident, and whether they are provided to communities, businesses, or people grieving suicide, the difference they make is remarkable. Rounding out this crucial suite are awareness and prevention services, including kiosks and conferences, as well as a comprehensive series of training programs. SPCM offers over nine different trainings, ranging from focused trainings to develop suicide prevention skills for health professionals, to broader mental health workshops for individuals who want to be better equipped. Additionally, they offer tailored consulting-based services to organizations that want to reinforce their suicide prevention strategies. Guided by the core values of care, listening, and protection of life, SPCM takes each person as they are without judgment, will listen to their needs and stressors, and uphold their right to life by sparking hope in moments of darkness. These values reflect its simple mandate of preventing suicide in Greater Montreal, something which would be impossible to achieve without the collaborations it has struck with a multitude of local organisations doing work in connected fields, such as homelessness, substance abuse, and domestic violence. Standing as a vital pillar in this ecosystem of support, SPCM is the only organisation of its kind in Montreal with the main focus of suicide prevention, and this is why its efforts are so important in reducing the number of people in the region impacted by suicide. As for how exactly the team here is achieving this, SPCM’s own Executive Director Sylvie Boivin told us of the three ongoing projects it currently has in development – one grounded in prevention, the second focusing on reinforcing impacted people and communities, and the third on ending the stigma surrounding suicide. Every week, four people in Montreal take their own lives. In 2024, more than 500 hospitalisations occurred because of a suicide attempt, and over 10,000 people visited emergency rooms across the city for suicidal thoughts. This is just the beginning, as research suggests that 70,000 people aged 15 and above have either thought about or attempted suicide in the last 12 months in Montreal alone. These numbers highlight that more needs to be done to support individuals across the region, and this is exactly why the Suicide Prevention Centre of Montreal (SPCM) exists. Best Mental Health Support Organisation 2026 – Quebec & Corporate Vision Suicide Prevention Excellence Award 2026 The Suicide Prevention Centre of Montreal “In addition to these ambitious projects, we are continuing all other initiatives to meet the needs of people with suicidal thoughts, their loved ones, and caregivers. Our trainings and participation in events and community activities will of course also continue and grow.” Outside of the above, SPCM is excited to have launched its first major fundraising campaign this year, marking a big step in the organisation achieving its mandate. However, more than this, it highlights the intentions of the team here to be more proactive in their local communities, something that is simply not possible without funding. By aiming to raise $4.5 million over a five-year period, an admittedly ambitious goal, the team can expand their reach and their services, doubling down on the crucial support they provide. Regardless of whether they are helping someone in distress, training counsellors on how to improve their support, or providing resources to raise awareness of suicide and shatter the taboo around the topic, the work that the Suicide Prevention Centre of Montreal does is invaluable, transformative, and necessary. Its commitment to the holistic support of those in the region has more than earned it one award in this program, and we urge people who share this passion for suicide prevention to visit SPCM’s website below. Corporate Vision Three simple values are at the heart of Quebec’s Indominus Managed Security: service, security, and human connection. Combined, these serve as the blueprint for the cybercrime-free world the company is looking to build, within the next decade, nonetheless. An admittedly bold aim, it guides everything the team here do, with them even viewing fellow players in the world of cybersecurity as partners in this fight, not as their rivals. Encouraging this camaraderie is Indominus’ simple explanation: #StoptheBully. As Rene-Sylvain explained: “We recognised that most small and medium businesses are easy targets for cybercriminals, and we decided: Not on our watch.” Stopping SMEs from being bullied by these cybercriminals, Indominus has chosen to put its knowledge in the Microsoft technical stack to do so, creating all of its products and services within the ecosystem of one of the world’s leading IT brands. The products it has created and continuously refines in this space are designed to offer SMEs visibility and insights across both the figuration of their environment and their cybersecurity. ReneSylvain and the team believe that cybersecurity is an investment, one that can offer endless benefits such as growth and increased profit in the long run. By not taking cybersecurity seriously, many of these doors will stay closed forever. It is clear then that cybersecurity is a must, but what exactly makes Indominus the partner of choice for so many businesses? Its delivery of cybersecurity as managed services tailor-made for SMEs is important, but more than this, success stems from the team fighting for business owners and selling through knowledge and insights – not fear. Informed customers are more satisfied and resilient than scared ones, and as the Spartan branding across the company suggests, earning respect – not just demanding it – is massive here. On a more technical level, Indominus is set apart by the in-depth integration it offers with Microsoft 365, meaning no additional technology needs to be deployed, as nothing is added to the stack that is not already in Microsoft. Similarly, the team take the time to translate any related security events or reports into communications businesses can easily understand, before setting about fixing the issue right away. These communications are simply about keeping a client well informed, not just adding work to their pile. Having such a defence in place is today more crucial than ever, with AI posing a massive threat to cybersecurity as it enables cybercriminals to easily create more realistic and well-trained links, documents, pages etc., ushering in a new generation of fraudsters and extorsion scenarios in the process. Of course, AI can also help massively, allowing cyberdefenders like the team here to enhance resolution time and get to the root of a problem faster. It also allows Microsoft to make sure repeatable attacks are less likely than ever. Indominus is a term derived from Latin, roughly translating to ‘impossible to defeat’. It is therefore the perfect name for Indominus Managed Security, a cybersecurity company founded to protect SMEs from cybercrime. Striving to prevent attacks from happening in the first place, rather than simply reacting once they do, Indominus’ vision is a world free of a cybercrime, and where small and medium businesses can thrive with secure futures. For more on its work, we caught up with Rene-Sylvain Bédard, the man at the helm. Best SME Cybersecurity Company 2026 & Service Innovation Award 2026 With the demand for its managed cybersecurity services only increasing as a result of these developments, it is unsurprising that 2025 was a particularly notable year for Indominus, with one highlight being the launch of Rene-Sylvain’s book: ‘SECURE by Design’. A guide for SMEs to keep cybercriminals away from their businesses, the launch of this book saw new eyes be put on the company, giving the team access to even more business owners whose problems they could help solve. Following this, Rene-Sylvain added: “As of this year, we are operating a change in order to reach even more customers, with this involving creating a distribution channel. This will transform both our relations and our volume, all with the aim of fulfilling our vision.” And this is what it ultimately all comes back to for the team, the pursuit of a world where business owners can trust that their livelihoods will not be threatened or destroyed by an invisible attacker, and where their environments are effectively configured and secured. That is what Indominus Managed Security is building, combining resilience with trust, visibility, and its secure-by-design nature so that we may all have peace. Finally, Charmaine, our senior counsel supports every lawyer on our firm by doing weekly case reviews.” This approach is not only collaborative in law (as the firm’s name suggests), but also collaborative within the team and its approach towards clients. To ensure consistently exceptional service is given, the practice highly values its employees and their working relationships. Every day, team ‘huddles’ are encouraged in order for staff to spend time together and collaborate; WIN Wednesdays celebrate ‘wins’ within the firm that align with the core values of excellence, empowerment and relationships; whilst ‘Thankful Thursdays’ share things that team members are thankful for within the organisation. Outside of the office, Panko Collaborative embarks on team outings and team building experiences, and every member is welcomed and encouraged to attend awards events, trainings, speaking opportunities and more. Training is also of utmost importance in order for the practice to stay ahead of the game. The team at Panko Collaborative is trained in the Brain Story Certification, ASSIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training), Intimidate Partner Violence Training, CPR & First Aid, and Trauma informed – these certifications are especially important in order for the firm to support its clients in many facets, as well as to support its team in taking care of themselves when interacting with challenging circumstances. For its diligence and commitment to assisting in difficult family matters, Panko Collaborative recently gained notable recognition in the Canadian Business Awards, receiving the title of Best Family Law Firm 2026 – Saskatchewan, as well as clinching the coveted Client Service Excellence Award 2026 to boot.
