Creating Independence for Businesses Established in 2001, Payroll Solutions International Inc. (PSII) provides payroll outsourcing, profes- sional employment, benefits and pension administration and human resources administration in more than 150 countries. As a member of the Amesto Global network, PSII provides organizations of all sizes global mobility in both corporate and employer services. Many of these services are driven through state-of-the-art technology which is both proprietary and partner driven. Through its partners, PSII can make payments in more than 100 currencies in more than 150 countries. Going into further detail, Michael begins by informing us of the firm’s successful formula for providing their clients with an award-winnings service. “Here at PSII, our clients are man- aged one-on-one with an account manager providing their services on a local basis regardless of the jurisdiction. In addition to this, there is one global account man- ager assigned to each account. That global account manager is responsible for the account throughout all the jurisdictions and coordinates with all the local account managers to provide superior service on a personalized basis. Using this formula over the last 19 years, PSII has expanded to more than 150 countries.” Working behind the scenes to ensure the firms are able to deliver these impeccable services to their clients, is the dynamic, experi- enced and hard-working team which forms the backbone of PSII. When discussing the internal cul- ture, Michael is keen to highlight the significant role the team play in the overall success of the firm. “Over the years, our staff has played a very significant role in the growth of the company. We focus heavily on education and training, so that these exceptional people can make a difference every day. These people all realize the importance of staying ahead of the curve and assisting the clients at doing the same.” Looking ahead to what the future holds for the firm, the team at PSII hope to build upon the numer- ous accomplishments they have achieved over the years, which includes their recent win in Corpo- rate Vision’s Corporate Excellence Awards 2019 where they were righteously awarded the accolade Best Integrated Payroll Soft- ware Solutions Provider – 2019. Bringing the interview to a close, Michael signs off by revealing the exciting plans which lie in the pipe- line for the firm, noting PSII’s plans to further expand the company. “In partnership with Amesto, PSII is expanding throughout the world to provide full services at both the employer and corporate level wherever we go. Through a licensing program administered by Amesto, we have set out to ensure that there is a local CPA firm and local commercial legal firm available in every country for our clients to access local services. This includes all of their corporate secretarial and corporate compli- ance as well as banking and other services. “By expanding the AG network, PSII can deliver the employer services with local representa- tion easily through these local professionals. PSII and AG plan to open several centres of excellence throughout the world starting with the Republic of Ireland to service the European market.
