Corporate Excellence Awards 2025 | 5 Corporate Vision For more than a decade, R3 Stem Cell has been providing patients from all over the world with regenerative stem cell and exosome therapies, treatments designed to harness the natural healing powers of the body and provide patients with hope. This hope often turns out to be transformative in the lives of individuals dealing with the likes of tissue injuries and chronic pain, and these groups are soon able to do things many of us take for granted – such as hiking, biking, or swimming – without any of their previous discomfort. The health market is flooded with a number of pain-management therapies, mostly doing a good short term job of relieving symptoms but not actually fixing the root cause of the pain. R3 Stem Cell is much more than simply pain management, and the company has an established track record of long term results for pain relief, which allows patients to avoid surgery as a result of the treatments. As an example of its distinction in this field, R3 Stem Cell was the first company in the US to achieve approval from an Institutional Review Board for the investigation of regenerative therapies with amniotic and umbilical cord tissue for a number of condition categories. More information about this study is available here, but it essentially corroborates the company’s claim of being an undisputed leader, both in its home of the US and beyond. R3 Stem Cell currently offers its procedures in seven countries – the US, Mexico, the Philippines, South Africa, Pakistan, India, and Turkey. These regenerative treatments cover everything from stem cells to exosomes and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to vitamins and peptides, and they are all fully customised to ensure patients are afforded the best results. Exploring this further, R3 Stem Cell’s therapies are inclusive of more than 25 customised protocols, all of which are catered to the specific ailment(s) of each patient. Across its unrivalled range of regenerative therapies, R3 Stem Cell’s tissue products come from FDA registered, cGMP-compliant, and ISO-certified l abs. A ccording t o R 3 C EO D avid G reene, M D, P hD, MBA, “We never sacrifice quality control testing when producing the stem cell and exosome products for patients. My family and I receive procedures frequently with our stem cells, and our patients deserve to be treated like family!” Behind every procedure in every location – the company deems its 80 sites ‘Centers of Excellence’ – there is a team of experienced, comassionate providers, individuals committed to delivering safe and effective care to their patients at every turn. To date, more than 26,000 of these procedures have been carried out, resulting in an 85% patient satisfaction rate. For something still considered experimental, this is highly impressive. When it is not setting the gold standard for regenerative therapies through its cutting-edge stem cell procedures, R3 Stem Cell can be found educating consumers on the dangers of cheap stem-cell therapies, which are becoming increasingly popular in this space. Although still considered experimental by the FDA, stem-cell therapy shows impressive outcomes in treating a wide range of conditions, including orthopedic, neurologic, autoimmune, GI, cardiovascular, kidney/liver issues and more. Leading the charge when it comes to advanced stem cell and exosome therapies, R3 Stem Cell operates 80 locations in eight countries, and it is the company’s mission to provide customised, high-quality, affordable treatments to help patients achieve a better quality of life. This has netted its team the well-deserved title of Leading Innovators in Regenerative Cell Therapy 2025 – USA, and we take a deep dive into this innovation below. Regenerative Medicine, US Technology These providers will often refuse to show patients an analysis certificate from the tissue lab – a big red flag. Most of the time, the tissue is inauthentic and not of the advertised quality. Similarly, some clinics even promote PRP as a stem-cell procedure. By refusing to sacrifice on the quality it has become famous for, R3 Stem Cell boasts a number of success stories from patients satisfied with the treatments they received. There are some huge names within this portfolio, including Arnel Pineda, the current lead singer of the legendary rock band Journey; Ryan Paevey, an actor and model famous for his role in General Hospital; and Otis Wilson, a former Super Bowl champion. On the back of this acclaim and these celebrity endorsements, R3 Stem Cell is continuing to move the needle in the field of regenerative therapy, a feat reflected through the title bestowed upon its team in this feature. Corporate Vision Improved Leadership for a Complex World Agile Plus Leadership International Ltd is the delivery firm for Complex Adaptive Leadership (Research) Ltd, or CAL, an ISO-certified global organisation famed for blending the complexity science of the modern West with the ancient wisdom of China. In doing so, the company, which has been recognised here as the Best Leadership Development Consultancy 2025, helps leaders to get better results and enhance the agility of their organisation. Nick Obolensky, the founder told us more. “Real learning, real results.” The cutting-edge, multi-award-winning services delivered by CAL in the areas of leadership development, consulting, and strategy are underpinned by a measurable ROI and a drive to deliver customised services that appeal to every business’ unique situation. With executives and organisations throughout the world today finding themselves in increasingly VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous ) times, these solutions help cut through the uncertainty and achieve real results through simple actions. Whether through organisation-wide initiatives, team or group leadership development, or even one-on-one coaching, the interactive workshops delivered by CAL have a track record of changing the mindsets of leaders. This stems from the company’s integrated and logistically easy 70-2010 approach, with 10% being workshops, 20% being peercoaching and mindful reflective practice and 70% application to the day job. . This results in clients widely reporting better, faster, and increased outcomes – all with less effort, cost, and resources than many other development programmes. And uniquely the on-line programmes get even better results than the international award-winning face-to-face programs! On the back of this, Nick told us: “Our mission is to change the world, one person and team at a time, by taking them through amazing programmes that get real, measurable, and – for some – life-changing results.” This aim is reflected through the core values at the heart of this operation: innovation, disruption, openness, and reciprocity. These not only form the basis for the programmes themselves, they also underpin the outcomes they deliver. For instance, CAL is so confident in the effectiveness of these CALAgility System® programmes that it offers a money-back guarantee in the event a 100% ROI is not achieved. Such assurance causes people to take notice, but this is just the beginning, and reinforcing the company’s standout nature is the fact that it disrupts traditional beliefs across these services. The online version of its flagship EFMD Gold Award face-to-face executive development programme reflects this, altering leadership paradigms from static to participatory. CAL’s effectiveness in delivering this EFMD Gold Award programme is best seen through its work with Nokia, where it turned the curriculum into a three-month online journey where participants would spend a few hours in groups of 24, before being split further into sub-action learning groups of six. Nokia is just one of the global brands to benefit from this approach, alongside others including Rolls-Royce, IBM, and AstraZeneca. In the cases of many of these clients, CAL scales its intervention by having company alumni interested in its approach deliver the online workshops of the programme themselves. The reasons behind this are two-fold, as this helps to reduce expenditure and increase effectiveness, given the person knows the company inside out and can therefore tailor these teachings to best suit its culture. Companies across the world have benefited from this, and the outcomes they have received demonstrates that it really does works. “The following results and testimonies speak for themselves: 90% report more empowerment; 85% better personal productivity with more time gained; 65% a better work-life balance; and 60% better team productivity and engagement.” As for how CAL ensures such results, its culture of innovation does much of the heavy lifting, whilst the sustained scientific foundation the company rests on sees it break new ground and receive acclaim for its efforts. Commenting on this, Nick explained: “We nurture this culture by always looking for new research within our speciality of complexity science as well as working with clients to ensure measurable real results with a high ROI.” ROI may be a common theme throughout this piece, but in a world where economic downturn is causing businesses to cut back – leadership coaching is often one of the first things to go, despite its array of benefits – CAL’s ability to guarantee that its clients will, at the very least, earn back everything they put into this endeavour demonstrates a capacity to help businesses of all shapes and size flourish. Ultimately, the high-impact leadership development Complex Adaptive Leadership (Research) Ltd delivers in this space can be attributed to the application of complexity science and its contrasting yet beneficial use of Chinese wisdom. The result is a combination quite unlike anything else, making the company a fitting recipient of the title of Best Leadership Development Consultancy 2025. Corporate Excellence Awards 2025 | 7 Corporate Vision Established in late 2019, DairyWise prides itself on providing microbiology laboratory services designed to suit all of its clients’ milk and forage needs. Unlike many of the similar operations in this space, DairyWise blends swift service delivery with an ability to interpret data in such a way that adds value to the business’ of its clients at every turn. This sees it go beyond simply running lab results to ensure that producers understand exactly what the numbers mean and how they can translate to smart, impactdriven management. Comprising a highly skilled team of microbiologists, veterinarians, and dairy experts, DairyWise’s high-quality work in the field of animal and produce testing has resulted in a number of accolades within the agricultural industry and beyond, underpinning its dual commitment to advancing dairy science and supporting healthier herds. Serving as a trusted partner to its clients, the team’s capacity to help optimise the production and quality of their dairy can be seen through offerings such as somatic cell counts and PCR tests. Moreover, DairyWise is a proud affiliate of Dairy One, a non-profit cooperative consisting of around 2000 dairy farmers from across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. This allows the company to go beyond its aforementioned testing services to deliver offerings such as milker training, parlour evaluations, and even on-farm herd culture – resulting in an encompassing and transformative support network being delivered to producers. “The team at DairyWise have been a game-changer for our farm. Their milk and forage analysis is spot-on, and their explanations are clear and helpful. We feel more in control of our feeding programme than ever before.” DairyWise’s standout nature is reflected further through its core values, which see innate integrity and excellence across its precise and timely services blended with a pledge to support both the next-generation of agricultural professionals through mentorship and employment opportunities and the community via local, youth-based initiatives. The company’s culture, which is rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and a passion for agriculture, is then just another way everyone here is aligned under the same set of principles. As Andrea explained: “That culture shows in everything from how we handle a forage sample to how we mentor a high school intern. By empowering our team and encouraging continuous learning, we create an environment where quality and innovation thrive.” On the back of this, DairyWise has been able to navigate some big challenges over the past few years, including the rising costs associated with transportation and lab supplies. Through initiatives such as streamlining logistics, adjusting sample schedules, and investing in automation technologies, the team were able to protect the integrity of their testing, all whilst maintaining the reliability and affordability the company has built its reputation on. Pairing science-based milk and forage testing with tailored dairy nutrition consulting services, DairyWise Laboratory Services LLC strives to support both the success and sustainability of dairy producers in the US, empowering them to make those data-driven decisions that improve the health, efficiency, and profitability of their herds. Commended as the Leading Animal Health Diagnostics Specialists 2025 – Idaho in this programme, we caught up with Andrea Mouw, the owner of DairyWise, for more. Dairy Experts Wise to the Industry’s Multifaceted Nature This paved the way for numerous like-minded successes over this same period, including a recent strategy that saw Andrea and the team refine the turnaround time of their forage testing, during peak harvesting seasons no less. She told us: “Thanks to staff dedication and workflow improvements, we’ve been able to deliver results faster without sacrificing accuracy, helping our clients make critical feeding decisions with confidence.” Looking ahead, the commitment DairyWise has to staying current across technology and research – coupled with the robustness of the partnerships it has built with producers – is seeing the company seek out new and innovative ways to expand its educational programming, integrate sustainable methods, and develop tech-based solutions to further boost efficiency. Its ongoing goal to support the future of industry is felt through its plans to launch an agriculture internship programme for students interested in this work. A small business with deep local roots, DairyWise balances technical proficiency with its people-first nature to have a farreaching impact on this sector. Whether it is raising the bar in dairy testing services and forage analysis for dairy or fostering youth mentorship in agriculture, this dairy lab in Twin Falls, Idaho, is guided by the belief that the key to shaping the resilient future of this space is focusing on the people who make it all possible. Corporate Vision LaunchX: Empowering Youth Entrepreneurs to Engineer Enterprises Young people are the future, poised to play an instrumental role in shaping the world around us. Yet, many face challenges that traditional systems do not prepare them for, from rapid technological change to global crises and shifting professional landscapes. To empower them, we must offer them with ample opportunities to thrive – providing them with platforms that cultivate ambition, creativity, and resilience. LaunchX is an innovating programme blending innovation with education to allow young people to unlock their full potential and achieve their dreams. We spoke to Forest Richter, President of LaunchX, as the programme is named in the 2025 Corporate Excellence Awards. With a fully remote team dispersed throughout the world, LaunchX offers a robust and rigorous curriculum designed to help develop budding entrepreneurs. Laurie Stach founded the organisation in 2012, starting with the first Launch Summer Programme held in 2013 at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 2014, MIT invited Laurie and the Launch programme to become a part of the Martin Trust Centre for MIT Entrepreneurship, running for several years with the school’s resource support. 2016 to 2018 marked the beginning of LaunchX’s growth, as Laurie and the team decided to leave the Trust Centre and branch into additional universities. This expansion allowed the programme to meet the growing demand for high school entrepreneurship education, providing opportunities for growth and development to a broader base of young people. From 2018 and beyond, LaunchX grew in locations and students alike. When the COVID-19 pandemic struck and lockdowns subsequently enforced in 2020, LaunchX moved its services online. The programme continued to grow, with record applications and student reviews despite the ongoing difficulties. This obstacle provided LaunchX with the opportunity to leverage the powerful resource of online learning and prompted the programme to continue the 2022 summer programme via its online platform. 2023 was a pivotal year for LaunchX, with the launch of the first Innovation Programme. Through this exciting new offering, students were able to partner with existing businesses and enterprises to solve real problems of the modern business landscape. That year, LaunchX offered four programmes throughout the summer – making 2023 the largest year of Launchies.

Corporate Excellence Awards 2025 | 9 August 2025 | 7 In 2024, LaunchX started AwardX – a high school entrepreneurship competition focused on company viability. AwardX challenges student teams to validate their ideas in the real market, requiring them to create minimum viable products, generate actual sales, and prove that their startup concepts are not only imaginative, but executable. The launch of AwardX reflected the programme’s powerful mission of building real entrepreneurs. Finally, 2025 saw the beginning of the Online BootCamp, a programme designed to provide students with the foundational knowledge they need to thrive in the world of startups. Today, LaunchX continues to innovate and expand its programmes, always striving to offer rigorous – yet practical – programmes to enhance and empower young talent from across the globe. “We believe in the incredible potential of youth entrepreneurs around the world,” stated Forest. “Where some would ask high school students to make a business plan, we ask students to start a revenue-generating business in less than five weeks. Or where businesses might give students a simulation, our Innovation Students consult on a genuine business problem with a real world company. We believe youth entrepreneurs should pursue their passion to make a positive change in their community, city, and corner of the world.” This is precisely what enables LaunchX to stand out from its peers; the programme goes beyond theory, expecting students to act as real consultants and launch real revenue-generating startups during the programmes. The team has been developing and calibrating this fiercely independent curriculum for more than a decade, dedicated to providing the best learning experience for the Launchie students. Ultimately, LaunchX expects its students to, after learning the foundational knowledge, put it into practice by going and doing. Launchies in the Innovation Programme are expected to provide a real solution to the partner business within three weeks; youth entrepreneurs in the flagship Entrepreneurship Programme are expected to startup a real business and generate a minimum of $250 in revenue within four to five weeks. “We provide support throughout the programme through courses, simulations, mentorship, and more,” added Forest, “but we expect our high-calibre students to take initiative and meet their goals.” Of course, the LaunchX team practices what it preaches. The organisation is continually pursuing internal innovation, both to create a better experience for its students and to understand the landscape of entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship. Team members are invited and encouraged to seek new solutions, start new initiatives, and improve any aspect of the student experience. While LaunchX has been providing quality programming since 2012, the organisation still views itself as a nimble startup with the capacity to disrupt and innovate in incredible ways. This culture has been baked into the day-to-day experience of its team members. No one person is seen as more important than the rest, and no aspect of the programme is off limits for exploration. LaunchX works hard to ensure that the team feel comfortable to pinpoint areas of improvement, working collaboratively to solve problems as they arise. There is a significant demand for LaunchX around the world. Over the last year, one of the organisation’s biggest challenges has been understanding the market and where it makes the most sense to expand. With so much opportunity to empower youth entrepreneurs worldwide, the team want to ensure that LaunchX uses its finite resources in a way that maintains the rigor and incredible experiences that have come to be associated with the programme. “We often approach problems like these by looking for small experiments that we can do,” Forest told us. “We are a very datafocused company, and we are constantly looking for low-risk ways of testing new programmes and areas – and quickly learning from those findings. This may mean launching a new programme, expanding into a new geographic area, or talking with government officials about bringing LaunchX into the public education system. All of these initiatives have potential to empower more youth entrepreneurs.” This year, LaunchX implemented this strategy with the introduction of LaunchX Online BootCamp. This two-week programme serves as a pre-programme for the flagship Entrepreneurship Programme. In the first cohort alone, LaunchX saw more than 200 students – a shining glimpse into future success. Of the 2025 BootCamp, Alum Yeskendir Aidarbekuly said: “I am truly grateful for the experience – it has been a valuable journey that has inspired me to think more boldly and build with greater purpose.” In addition to this, the organisation has also launched its youth entrepreneurship competition, AwardX. The team has run three distinct competitions to date, with more on the way. For LaunchX, this has been an incredible opportunity to reward youth entrepreneurs for their passion and skills as they pitch unique ideas and businesses. Melvin Gatete, a participant in AwardX East Africa, commented: “I like how it supports everyone, no matter what stage their business is at.” What’s more, LaunchX has also introduced the beyondX Youth Conference. This is a worldwide conference for youth entrepreneurs that will take place in San Francisco this year. The conference will serve as a chance for youth entrepreneurs to find their community, allowing them to connect with like-minded peers while experiencing personal development. Each of these empowering programmes have not only educated emerging entrepreneurs but have also allowed the LaunchX team to work closely with the young minds of tomorrow, teaching the team invaluable lessons that can only be learned from the next generation of talent. Drawing upon these experiences is an essential element of expanding and enhancing the LaunchX programmes, and a habit that the entire team prioritise across operations. To those looking to establish themselves within this inspirational industry, Forest shared the following advice: “Never underestimate youth. There are such capable students around the world, ready to take on challenges. Focus on providing those students with the best experience possible so that they can continue to grow and develop their skills. Because you are working with youth, never stop innovating. Look at the current landscape of youth entrepreneurship and work to adapt, so that you can provide relevant experiences for the next generation of youth entrepreneurs.” Looking to the future, LaunchX aims to maintain its status as a global company and continue to empower more youth entrepreneurs around the world. The organisation is seeing an ongoing influx of international students and is honoured to serve individuals from such a diverse set of backgrounds to help empower and educate them, wherever they live. LaunchX will be exploring the addition of more programmes, in both public forums and private institutions. Driven by the goal of becoming a name synonymous with global youth entrepreneurship, LaunchX is an outstanding organisation wholly deserving of being named the Best Youth Entrepreneurship Programme 2025. Corporate Vision Corporate Vision timesheets, spreadsheets, and missed deadlines. What is more, with capabilities to integrate directly with payroll and finance systems, Talent Bank takes care of the payroll in its entirety and saves clients further time and money. Talent Bank has served a wide range of clients since its inception, adapting and evolving with every instance as no two clients are ever the same, and neither are their needs. At its core, the platform offers an unrivalled feature set that has been carefully curated specifically for Keystone Employment Group’s client base – ensuring that each element of the platform is designed to meet and solve a real pain point. Compliant, convenient, and cost-effective, Talent Bank has attracted the attention of large organisations hailing from a variety of sectors, including numerous universities and educational institutions, Procurement for Housing, G-Cloud, and the NHS. Shining bright in a complex market, Talent Bank has risen to stand as a leader in casual work management. To those seeking to achieve similar success, Malcolm advised: “Understand your market; understand the end users and understand what problems you are solving for them. It sounds obvious and simple, but when you are starting a business, these things can take time to figure out. Lots of tech businesses have spent a large amount of time building products they think will work, but they have not spent enough time understanding what the end users actually need. The disconnect between what you are building and what the client actually needs has plagued all forms of businesses for decades.” Recently, Keystone Employment Group demonstrated its prowess when undertaking a project with the University of London. The company deployed a solution for the university that has dramatically improved their solution for engaging academic contractors, bringing an entirely novel approach to employment for the sector. A master in this field, Keystone Employment Group served as a vital partner for the University of London – not only aiding the organisation in talent acquisition but also significantly contributing toward improved education through the curation of the region’s top academic talents. Of the solution’s success, the Project Lead commented: “Our experience of working with the Keystone team has really been a positive one. Complex technical implementations can sometimes fill people with dread, but Keystone’s deep understanding of higher education and the challenges we Keystone Talent Bank: Unlock Smarter, Safer Staffing Casual employment is on the rise, offering employers and employees alike a flexible, dynamic approach to work. Reshaping the ways in which people work and businesses operate, the emergence of casual employment reflects changing economic needs and an evolving work culture. In the wake of such developments, however, businesses across the country are now challenged with the task of acquiring and hiring the top talent from an increasingly indemand talent pool. Keystone Employment Group is a company seeking to meet this growing need, providing organisations with the necessary online tools for hiring and managing casual workers. We spoke with Malcolm Paice below, Managing Director of Keystone Employment Group, as the company is recognised in the Corporate Excellence Awards 2025. Located in London, Keystone Employment Group is a leading provider of workforce management software and contingent worker solutions in the UK, on a mission to aid organisations in shifting away from manual processes, costly recruitment agencies, and non-compliant workflow processes. For more than a decade, the company has remained dedicated to this mission, utilising people and technology to deliver world-class solutions to organisations desperately in need of optimised casual employee management processes. In response to this rising demand, Keystone Employment Group has developed Keystone Talent Bank, an awardwinning platform providing organisations with a comprehensive suite of online tools for hiring and managing casual workers. The platform is used in some of the largest organisations with complex requirements for managing casual workers, aiding them with a variety of tasks – from talent acquisition and hiring to digital timesheets, pay controls, worker compliance, and payroll solutions. Talent Bank provides a whitelabel service, meaning that each client’s branding, requirements, and values are upheld through the powerful recruitment and managing solution. The platform is hosted in the cloud with Amazon Web Services, ensuring that talent pools are available any time of day from anywhere in the world, safely and securely in an ISO207001 compliant environment. The platform is also fully ISO90001 Quality Management Certified, ISO14001 Environmental Management Certified, and holds Cyber Essentials accreditation. In the employment industry, compliance and control are paramount. Keystone Employment Group understands this well, and works hard to ensure that casual workers are hired in an assured manner. Passports, visas, and supporting documents can be uploaded directly to a worker’s profile, and no worker is allowed to work until their ID checks have been completed. Hard controls are in place to prevent noncompliant working, and a full audit trail of all actions and automated safeguards ensures that organisations remain compliant and auditable across the process. Once employees are hired, working hours can be managed with smart online timesheets that aggregate working hours across multiple work assignments, with enough intelligence to manage term-time rules for students in and out of termtime. Hiring managers can conveniently approve timesheets from anywhere on any device, mitigating the need for paper

Corporate Excellence Awards 2025 | 11 August 2025 | 11 Contact: Malcolm Paice Company: Keystone Employment Group Web Address: www.keystone-jobs.com needed to fix really helped us get to a transformative solution that benefits our internal teams, our Programme Managers, and the Academic Contractors.” Keystone Employment Group’s sustained success can not only be attributed to its exceptional market understanding, but also to the dedicated employees driving its mission. Of course, Keystone Employment Group understands the instrumental role that the workforce plays in the prosperity of any company and so works hard to maintain a small team of hardworking professionals – all working towards one shared goal of excellence. “You can have the world’s greatest tech, but it is nothing without the team to deliver it and continuously stay focused on how we can improve the working lives of our customers,” Malcolm shared. “Our team are consistently cited as the main reason our customers stay with us. The culture we have developed – small enough to care, big enough to deliver excellence – really applies in our case. Being a small company allows us to be agile and make sure that there are no weak links in our customer’s relationship with us – that has been crucial to our success.” This team has served as the primary driving force behind Keystone Employment Group and the successful integration of Talent Bank across the UK’s main sectors. While the platform’s exceptional reception has been an exciting development for the company, it also marks one of the most challenging and busy periods for the team. Many universities are facing financial pressure and are now turning to Talent Bank to drive down the cost of hiring contingent workers – especially those who were previously supplied by employment agencies. Now, the Keystone Employment Group team is working hard to meet the rising demand for its superior services. “It has been a nice problem to have – incredibly high demand focussed over a relatively short time frame,” Malcolm told us. “Our solution makes it simpler, faster, and much lower cost, so we have found that demand has quadrupled in the last 12 months, meaning that we have to manage multiple concurrent deployments. It is a challenge, but we have embraced it.” Meeting and exceeding this demand will be the primary focus for Keystone Employment Group as it continues to scale over the upcoming year. The last five years have seen Talent Bank – and thus Keystone Employment Group itself – change considerably, and the company believes that the next five years will be no different. Looking ahead, Keystone Employment Group plans to continue making Talent Bank well-suited to a wider range of workers. This has been an initiative that the company has seen previous success in and now possesses the expertise and ability to expand upon that success. This expansion will enable Talent Bank to cater to a broader client base – with a significantly larger talent pool to pull from – as well as help the company to branch into other sectors in need of its services, such as health and social care. The Corporate Excellence Awards are held each year to highlight and celebrate the organisations and entities committed to advancing innovation, business growth, and providing the very best products and services to clients across a broad spectrum of industries. Since its inception, Keystone Employment Group has remained committed to serving its clientele and their sectors through the deployment of tailored, client-centric solutions that directly meet, address, and solve their varying pain points. For its unfaltering dedication to the world of casual worker acquisition and significant contributions toward advancing this field, Keystone Employment Group has been rightfully recognised as the UK’s Best Online Recruitment Solutions Provider 2025.

His vast federal experience has been invaluable in obtaining clients and in representing them and is something that truly sets him aside from competitors in the industry. “In the federal prosecutor’s office, the U.S. Attorney’s Office, I not only learned the federal system, but I learned how to prepare a complex case for a defense presentation and for trial,” John explains, telling us more about his knowledge and experience. “I have a tremendous understanding about prosecutions and the federal system - this has been key in my representation of clients, as I know the system and theories of prosecution. My understanding the federal criminal system has been a huge advantage for me.” Over several years, John, along with other attorneys, has been presented with challenges, such as the government taking action before completing an investigation or before the investigation is sufficient to justify a prosecution. To this end, it is becoming more and more important to conduct a defense investigation to obtain evidence that is favorable to the defense. “I’ve had a number of investigations closed without charges in the federal system,” elaborates John. “These required obtaining information and evidence which the government was not aware, in order to stop formal charges.” “I have a tremendous understanding about prosecutions and the federal system - this has been key in my representation of clients, as I know the system and theories of prosecution.” For his dedication to seeking to achieve maximum results, John was recently bestowed with the title of Best Criminal Defense Attorney 2025 (USA). Now, John is looking to become future proof within the industry by getting on-board with the emerging technology that is AI and how it can legitimately apply to the practice of law without creating pitfalls. He ends with one final piece of advice to other attorneys: “When you focus on an area of practice, then be persistent in establishing yourself. There is a lot of negativity that an attorney will naturally find, but do not quit and focus on the goal of becoming a known attorney in your area of practice.” Company: Law Office of John R. Corporate Excellence Awards 2025 | 13 August 2025 | 9 When it comes to driving results within the marketing landscape, Mad About Marketing believes the best way to do so is to address what it calls the fundamental trinity of marketing effectiveness: people, process, and platform. This forms the basis of an approach that sees management consultancy rigour combined with prolific marketing expertise, allowing these experts to solve those deep yet crucial challenges usually hidden behind the more surface-level issues brands face in marketing capability building. Mad About Marketing’s encompassing approach sees it work with clients from discerning start-ups through to well-established corporations, with this diverse group being united by one common goal: unlocking the full potential of their marketing through the inherent power of strategic transformation. Alongside the firm’s hybrid methodology mentioned above, making all of this possible is a fractional talent model, which sees the team here provide their expertise at a fraction of the cost of a traditional agency. Exploring this further, Jaslyin explained: “We resist the temptation to apply successful strategies from one client to another without first carrying out a thorough analysis of different market conditions, regulatory environments, and organisational capabilities. This bespoke approach, combined with our fractional model’s agility, enables us to deliver enterprise-quality results regardless of a client’s size or budget constraints.” Most recently, this was seen through the firm’s work with Melisa Teo, a famous independent photographer/artist who was born in Singapore and now resides in Paris. Mad About Marketing supported with the marketing of her Two Rivers Exhibition, stretching its own creative and planning capabilities by channelling its limited resources into maximising public visibility and driving the event’s attendance figures. Challenges in executing this project included navigating an array of licensing processes and ensuring engagement with relevant, highprofile stakeholders, including several government officials and country ambassadors. Despite these difficulties, Mad About Marketing delivered its signature brand of integrated marketing support, going beyond traditional promotion to deliver a seamless experience. The excellence demonstrated by the firm on the outside is something that starts from within, seen through a collaborative, empowermentfocused culture that directly influences client outcomes. As well as this, Jaslyin’s own experience working within global multinationals with strong cultures sees her establish strong connections with her team members, mentoring others – especially women – and offering genuine career support, regardless of age. This reflects the firm’s belief in driving community impact, not just profit. Initiatives like this have proven instrumental in Jaslyin building this firm from the ground up since January last year, with this venture marking her transition from independent consulting to being in charge of a formal business entity. Jaslyin has excelled in this task over the last 18 months or so, developing Mad About Marketing into a leading B2B and B2C marketing consultant with an innovation Based in Singapore and Vietnam, Mad About Marketing Consulting is an integrated, full-service marketing consultancy that partners with B2B and B2C C-suites throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Whereas traditional agencies focus exclusively on executing campaigns, this firm serves as a strategic marketing advisory. Recognised as the Best Marketing Consultancy Firm 2025 – South East Asia, we caught up with Jaslyin Qiyu, its founder and managing director, for more on what sets it apart in a highly competitive landscape. Digital Transformation Marketing in the Asia-Pacific Region strategy centred around three pillars: methodology evolution, business model optimisation, and emerging technology integration. A great example of this being put into practice is seen through the firm’s most recent service offering, which concerns AI-adoption maturity assessments and recommendations roadmaps. Essentially, this sees the team help organisations to measure the readiness of their employees (both mentally and skillset-wise) for digital/AI adoption, as well as supporting them in this process by developing ethical frameworks that balance generative AI implementation with human-first strategic thinking. On the back of this, Jaslyin told us: “Our five-year vision includes becoming the definitive authority on sustainable marketing transformation, where operational excellence meets innovative thinking.” This ties into the ultimate goal of Mad About Marketing: to build a consultancy that proves marketing is capable of being both creatively inspiring and operationally robust at the same time. Debunking the common myth that the value of marketing stems from creative aesthetics and event coordination, Mad About Marketing Consultancy sees marketing positioned as a strategic business function leading to measurable outcomes. Whether it is balancing AI with ethical frameworks to ensure success or leveraging its fractional excellence model to prove massive overheads are unnecessary in delivering world-class strategic thinking, this marketing transformation consultant is changing the game. Corporate Vision you. This isn’t a cookie-cutter playbook. It’s a hands-on, customised partnership. I work inside your business as a true strategic co-pilot - not a passive facilitator.” Over the last 12 months, Aaron’s biggest challenge has been the same challenge he helps leaders solve: multiplying value without multiplying effort. As Performance Mindset has continued to grow, the demand, the opportunities, the number of clients, the complexity... all of it has increased for Aaron and, quite simply, he refuses to become the bottleneck! “I coach founders, CEOs and executive teams every day on finding operating leverage inside their business, so I hold myself to the same standard,” he adds. By continually innovating how he delivers value Aaron’s goal and challenge is one in the same, not to simply do more - to do less, but at a world-class level. One recent project which he is incredibly proud of involves a health and wellness company led by a CEO with a medical background rather than a business background. Aaron explains that, as his client’s company grew, he became more and more overwhelmed. He was working harder than ever - 60+ hours a week - yet profitability wasn’t improving and he was genuinely questioning if he wanted to keep going. Fast forward two years and, step-by-step, Performance Mindset built the operating system around him that allowed the business to scale without consuming him. “We made processes repeatable,” enthuses Aaron. “We simplified how performance was tracked and measured. We brought clarity to what success looks like - so his team could show up like owners, not just employees.” The result? The business is now growing faster than it ever has and he’s projecting 4x profitability in 2025 vs. 2024. He’s even acquired another business to bolt on and he’s now working 40-45 hours a week with his weekends being his again. “And my favourite part? He’s having fun again!” Aaron adds. “That’s the power of operating leverage and that’s what happens when a leader shifts from being buried in the business… to actually leading the business.” Here is what the client himself had to say about Aaron and Performance Mindset: “Aaron’s way of coaching is like nothing I’ve had before. I thoroughly enjoy the experience from the way he’s able to simplify the process of prioritisation and help me implement clear programs that result in my exceeding what I originally set out to achieve. Since I began working with Aaron, I’ve been able to consistently challenge myself to get more uncomfortable, take on strategic risks, and have been able to push myself to new levels. This is exactly what I needed to elevate my mindset to go beyond what I initially planned to achieve.” Aaron places a large emphasis on an organisation’s culture, believing it to be a critical, yet invisible, gravitational force that exists inside every business, quietly shaping how it thinks, acts and performs. “What I’ve seen through my experiences, is that when that force is strong, it pulls teams together to achieve remarkable results,” he tells us. “When it’s weak, even the best strategies can still make teams feel like they are pushing uphill against a headwind.” For his dedication and commitment, Aaron recently gained notable recognition as he celebrated a win in the CV - Corporate Excellence Awards 2025 and was named Most Influential Business Coach 2025 – Texas by Corporate Vision magazine. Aaron has ambitious plans for innovation over the next five years. These include integrating modernised business systems that Built to Scale Aaron Trahan is passionate about helping leaders think and perform differently. We find out more from Aaron as he celebrates a win in the CV - Corporate Excellence Awards 2025. Did you know that a staggering 67% of companies featured on the Inc. 5000 list FAIL within 5-8 years? Performance Mindset helps businesses scale smarter, with systems designed to optimise sustainable revenue growth and profitability, with a methodology that revolves around a modern management operating system tailored for CEOs, founders, and business leaders. Born from real-world experience and lessons learned from scaling a billion-dollar organisation, the specially designed management operating system delivers a customised coaching experience that elevates organisational effectiveness and helps businesses adopt a system-driven approach to generating sustainable results by increasing effectiveness in six key areas: Leadership Excellence; Prioritisation; Communication; Organisational Focus; Accountability; and Execution. “The mission of Performance Mindset is to help leaders and businesses get better at getting better!” states Aaron Trahan, Founder of the firm. “We aim to guide businesses in connecting vision to strategy, and strategy into execution, through a proven operating system that guarantees results.” Aaron himself is a Performance Coach to Executives and Businesses, guiding organisations with an outcome-driven, feedback-powered approach that delivers measurable results. With two decades of executive leadership experience, Aaron has scaled businesses across both corporate and startup environments. By age 30, he was leading a billion-dollar, publicly traded organisation, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges leaders face as their businesses grow. During this period, a single sheet of paper changed the trajectory of his career: a 360-degree feedback assessment. It highlighted the behaviours holding him back, delivering the transparent insights required to grow as a next-level leader. That moment sparked an obsession with high-performance leadership and the systems that drive real, sustainable change. Today, Aaron leverages Stakeholder-Centered Coaching, the same methodology used in a third of Fortune 500 companies and has proven to generate guaranteed, measurable leadership growth. Aaron’s approach to helping leaders and businesses get better at getting better, blends the hard-earned lessons of a seasoned operator with the mindset of a performance coach. The outcome: greater focus and prioritisation, stronger leadership effectiveness, and the ability to execute at a higher level. “The business environment today is too dynamic for a one-sizefits-all solution,” Aaron continues, “In an always-evolving world, you need a system that adapts to you. Most frameworks try to force businesses into a rigid mould. Ours does the opposite: it adapts to
