This will help support the company’s global growth, as for this financial year, over 55% of its business has come from outside the UK. Much of this business comes from Europe, but over the past few months, Source Technology have been exploring opportu- nities in the USA. After initial forays into the US market from the UK, the company is now in a position to invest in and support a new office based in LA, serving key regions in the Technical Engineering and Cyber Security areas. Alongside this exciting devel- opment, Source Technology is also planning to move to a group structure incorporating its other niche recruitment brands – Xplore Pharma, Scale Search and Picture Global Consulting - and will be launching three new websites in the new year.
