On the back of this win, we profile the firmand caught up with Karthik Kumar who provided us with a glimpse into the innerworkings of the award-winning solutions provider. Imagining the Opportunities and Realising Them Established in 1996, Rage Communica- tions Pvt Ltd is a fully integrated digital services company that provides complete solutions from start to finish. This includes strategy, user experience design, development and deployment, operations and enhancement man- agement. The firm’s work is largely in marketing, business processes and eCommerce, with their core fo- cus on Internet and Web solutions. Karthik begins by going into further detail about the services the team provides to their clients. “Here at Rage, we specialise in three key areas: Marketing, Busi- ness Process and eCommerce. “ Marketing : We work with our clients in communicating digitally with their consumers using the Internet and Web eco-system. This involves understanding a client’s issue and developing an appro- priate strategy, converting the strategy into user experience and design that will resonate with the audiences, developing the assets, deploying and managing them on the appropriate infrastructure. Business Processes : These would cover intranets, applications, programming of proprietary algo- rithms for deployment on the web among others. Also, these would typically involve deep program- ming and coding skills, together with visual design that enables ease of interaction between the user and the system, so that the goal of the process is achieved. eCommerce : With consumers going digital, businesses also recognise the need to use digital platforms as a channel to be able to sell and serve their custom- ers online. This can be done via bespoke development or using available eCommerce platforms. Overall, we enable such busi- nesses to add digital as a channel either by providing bespoke de- velopment or by using one of the eCommerce platforms.” Over the years, the team at Rage have built themselves a successful track-record in delivering solutions that work as they are expected to.
