The first is its ILM accredited Coaching for Business Managers programme – a five-month route to starting the journey of becoming a qualified and accredited coach with bi-monthly online sessions, one-to-one coaching and coaching supervision, an online portal of coaching resources, group supervision sessions, and observational coaching recordings. It’s a programme with an exciting mix of learning and development that will enable all managers going through it to fully integrate coaching into their busy workdays, helping to develop and challenge their people to continually stretch and grow. Meanwhile, the second programme offering is ILM accredited Inclusive Leadership – a five-month programme that helps leaders develop inclusive thoughts, ideas and perspectives to create a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion that fully honours the inclusive leadership concept.
