Silverbirch Estate & Letting Agency is an independent boutique agency situated in Canford Cliffs Village, Poole, that provides services in residential sales and lettings in Dorset. Having decided not to specialise in one particular area within Dorset, Silverbirch is able to work with clients in a variety of Dorset’s picturesque regions on their behalf. “Silverbirch is situated perfectly to help our clients branch out into the area and make their ambitions of living in Dorset become a reality,” Laila Safaee, Founder of Silverbirch tells us. “Dorset truly is the jewel in the crown of the south coast as it has something for everyone: award-winning beaches, glorious rolling countryside and vibrant towns. Laila specialises in residential lettings with over 10 years of experience in the local area. She also acts as consultant for many other estate agencies in the local area that require her lettings expertise in order to support their own clients’ needs when they are looking for investment opportunities in the area or if they’re simply considering buying a second home and renting it in the interim. Having worked and grown other independent agencies throughout her career, Laila had a vision of what an effective estate agency should be, and therefore started Silverbirch. With core values of honesty, transparency and integrity, Laila sought to create an office that was welcoming and comfortable but with the added bonus of a ‘by appointment only’ concept which was very different to the norms of her high street competitors. Wellsuited to the rise of the flexible and remote working phenomenon, and enhanced by Silverbirch’s growing team, the ‘by appointment’ concept has proven enormously successful for the company, with many fellow companies following suit.
