For many people, Lindsay and the team at Organized Chaos have been a godsend. They have had a transformative effect on a variety of industries, allowing them to reach their full potential. This fulfilment of ambition is key to how Lindsay sees the world, and also how she has been able to achieve such success. Company: Organized Chaos Design Company LLC Name: Lindsay Tramel-Jones Website: www.organizedchaosdesigncompany.com Jun20463 Most Pioneering Boutique LuxuryBrand Empowerment Strategist (USA): Lindsay Tramel-Jones A good business thrives on its ability to create a consistent image for itself, with each element created adding to the overall success of a piece. Lindsay Tramel-Jones has built her business, Organized Chaos Design Company LLC, to assist female entrepreneurs to achieve their fullest potential. We caught up with her, in the light of her success in the Media Innovator Awards, to see how she has achieved such success. Creating order from chaos is Lindsay Tramel-Jones’s bread and butter. Her brand strategy business has allowed many people to reach a range of clients who they might not have without her commitment to ensuring her clients present their authentic selves. The firm was originally started after creating a wedding look book for a photographer, Lindsay has thoroughly enjoyed being able to design tangible objects for a specific company need. Brand elements such as logos, websites, and package design go a long way to achieving this vision, and we wondered what sort of clients approach Lindsay for help, and why: “The clients that we work with have a professional job such as lawyers, doctors, and accountants,” Lindsay tells us. “They hire me to help them craft the visuals for their passion project or side hustle in order to help them save time and attract the right people.” Of course, working closely to bring something more personal to life means that for Lindsay, much of her work goes beyond a simple business transaction. “I take their vision and their values and transform them into a visual representation of their business,” she explains. “I don’t really follow design trends because your logo is about the audience and not about what’s trendy at the moment.” This approach has proven to be a major factor in the firm’s success, with her personal connection and clarity of audience allowing her to present truly wonderful work. Working in media brings its own unique set of challenge, and we asked Lindsay what sets her apart in a rapidly growing market. “I like to get to the root of the branding issue,” she informs us. “I take the time to listen to clients talk about their business and vision.” For Lindsay, what is not said is just as important as what is said “As uncomfortable as it may be, dead space during a strategy call can be a good thing,” she smiles. “People like to fill in silence and that is when I am able to hear key words and phrases that they may have been holding back. I like to think of myself as the “Olivia Pope” of branding, I look at what’s in front of me, I listen to their story to figure out what is wrong in the brand and I handle it.” This “go-to-it” attitude is what has allowed Lindsay to achieve such an incredible measure of success. Very little holds her back. She is constantly looking forward, learning about business, design, and mindset both practically through her business and through an entrepreneurial course through Cornel University. Running her own business has not been enough to fulfil her desire for hard work, however, and Lindsay also actively serves in the military. Her determination and work ethic are truly admirable. As Organized Chaos continues to thrive, Lindsay has turned her attention to expanding her firm’s output. A larger team would allow her to provide a comprehensive website solution to clients, including copywriters and photographers. Her own magazine, Wine With My Tribe, has its first Media Innovator Awards 2020
