We speak to Co-Founder, Julie, about the company and its ethos. Green Monkey Creative was formed in 2018 by two like-minded individuals whose sole purpose was to provide top-notch marketing and design services for small to large size businesses whilst remaining a small, boutique marketing agency. Owners Julie Thurgood-Burnett and Jess White lead the creative team to collaborate with businesses that are equally passionate about providing a quality service. Their multidisciplinary team can tackle any project – from brand creation to promotional materials to the digital world where they engage and interact. With company values of providing out-of-box thinking and value-added services to its clients, all at affordable rates, Green Monkey Creative is a one-stop solution for all communication needs, from branding to social media strategy, professional copywriting to website design. It is this client- centric focus which helps to set the agency aside from its competitors. “We believe every company needs marketing - even the small start-ups,” says Julie, one half of the dynamic duo who first incepted the firm. “We like to think we go above and beyond and our value-added services are company-wide. We don’t believe that we have to bill for every second a client reaches out to us and we certainly don’t believe we have to lock a client in with our services - we consider our clients a partner and like to invest in the time to have a long-lasting relationship.” As well as offering services which differentiate it from others, it is imperative that Green Monkey Creative stays ahead of emerging trends within such a fast-paced industry in order to continue on its journey to success. “We are constantly reading any industry-related news and continuing our education through courses and events,” enthuses Julie. “It is very important that we stay ahead of any developments to not only stand out from our competition but to provide the best knowledge and services to our clients.” Jul21365 It’s not all about the services, however, and Julie is quick to sing the praises of the dedicated team at the agency. The impact of the last year has been minimal and we provided a lot of services to our clients at no charge to help them through the first lockdown.
