Jimmy Kein started the design and marketing agency back in 2016 to help small to medium-sized businesses with branding and digital marketing, focussing predominantly on turning small business ideas into an online presence. Initially starting out as a one man band, the firm has grown over the last five years and now consists of a close-knit team of five dedicated staff members. “I wanted to provide small businesses with a service and support to help them grow digitally,” Jimmy explains, speaking of the rationale behind the company’s inception. “We helped a lot of small businesses across Australia, mainly from NSW, VIC, and QLDs.” Communication is key at Marketing Wiz Australia and each of the firm’s clients has their own account manager with a direct mobile number, which allows them to communicate pretty much 24/7. “As our goal is to help SMEs across Australia, we understand that a lot of businesses don’t stop operating after the door is closed, so we don’t either!” Working within such a fast-paced market, Jimmy and the team must ensure that they remain at the forefront of emerging trends and stay ahead of any new developments that are taking place. Marketing Wiz Australia achieves this with weekly team meetings and training sessions to ensure that everyone is kept up to date with the digital world, plus there is a monthly training session for everyone to share their projects and make sure everything is on track as it should be.
