Corporate Vision Poor IT support drags down job satisfaction for 72% of UK professionals Nearly three-quarters (72%) of UK IT professionals say poor IT interactions are dragging down job satisfaction. With hybrid working now embedded across much of the UK workforce, reliance on seamless IT has never been greater – and when support falls short, the effects are felt across the business. Morale drops, teams feel overloaded, and performance takes a hit. These findings come from new research from TOPdesk, a leading global provider of IT service management solutions, based on a survey of 1,000 UK IT professionals. The study highlights that IT is no longer a background function, but a deciding factor in whether employees stay engaged, or start looking elsewhere. Despite their critical role, IT teams remain under-recognised and overstretched. Nearly two-thirds (64%) say that other employees underestimate the complexity of their work, and more than half (53%) believe staff raise tickets for minor issues rather than attempting quick fixes. Two-thirds (66%) think every employee should spend a day in IT to understand the demands of the job. The value of IT departments cannot be clearer. Eightyseven percent say seamless IT management contributes significantly to the success of employees across the business. When systems fail or support falters, the impact can ripple across the organisation: lost time, rising frustration, higher burnout risk, and weakening loyalty. The pressure inside IT is intensifying. Four in ten (40%) professionals say they are stuck in firefighting mode, leaving little capacity to prevent future failures. Almost a third of organisations report weekly major disruptions such as outages and hardware breakdowns, while smaller issues like unstable internet connections occur even more often. This cycle of firefighting leaves little room for progress or prevention. Over time, the risk of disruption grows, and IT loses bandwidth for the strategic improvements that build resilience and innovation. The fallout reaches far beyond the service desk. Nearly four in ten (39%) IT professionals say these disruptions create extra workload across the organisation every week. What begins as a local technical issue can quickly become a business-wide drag on time, productivity, and morale. Hannah Salt, Head of Customer Enablement at TOPdesk, commented: “IT shouldn’t be invisible until it breaks. When systems fail or IT teams feel unsupported, frustration spreads quickly across the business. IT is the engine room of the modern workplace, and when it stalls, the whole business feels the effect. Leaders need to recognise and resource IT as a driver of engagement and performance. Do that, and you protect morale, safeguard talent, and keep the business moving.” IT can no longer sit in the background. Senior leaders need to treat the IT experience as a strategic priority and invest accordingly, or risk higher turnover, lower engagement, and sustained productivity loss. New research warns that overlooked IT pressures are putting productivity and retention at risk

News JPMorgan approves AI chatbot to help write performance reviews JPMorgan Chase has given employees the option to use its in-house artificial intelligence system to help write year-end performance reviews, underscoring how AI-generated text is proliferating in corporate America, according to the Financial Times. The new tool allows employees to use the US bank’s large language model to generate a review based on prompts they give it, according to people familiar with the matter. It is a shortcut to the often painstaking process of writing multiple reviews that are typically required by large companies. The rollout highlights some of the potential efficiency gains from using AI, which are often based on synthesising information and generating ideas. But it also shows how lines are becoming increasingly blurred between text that has been written by a human and by a machine. Boston Consulting Group recently said that employees had used AI tools to help draft performance reviews which helped cut the writing time by 40 per cent. JPMorgan’s guidance is that employees use the LLM tool as a starting point for reviews and that they are ultimately responsible for what is submitted. It is not to be used for compensation decisions. JPMorgan declined to comment. JPMorgan, which has more than 300,000 employees and is the largest US bank by assets, has already rolled out LLM Suite to staff, which is its own version of OpenAI’s ChatGPT. The bank said it had “onboarded” 200,000 users within eight months of LLM Suite’s launch last year. At the time, it was seen as one of Wall Street’s biggest AI deployments. LLM Suite was developed in-house to provide secure access to third-party AI systems. Responding to the news, Raj Abrol, CEO of AI firm Galytix said: “It’s clear that the banking industry is warming up to the limitless power of AI to transform critical processes. However, trust remains an issue and the use of specialist AI assistants across the industry must go further, with the technology deployed in key areas such as risk and credit management to allow banks to fully reap the long term benefits.” It is used by JPMorgan’s software developers to review code and by investment bankers preparing presentations. Its legal team also uses homegrown AI tools, for example to review contracts. Among banks, JPMorgan is the biggest spender on technology with plans to invest $18bn in 2025. Chief executive Jamie Dimon told Bloomberg TV this month that it spent $2bn a year on AI. “It affects everything — risk, fraud, marketing, idea generation, customer service. And it’s the tip of the iceberg,” Dimon said. He has said that AI was “going to change every job”, eliminating some roles and creating others. In addition to general LLM providers such as OpenAI and companies’ self-built models, there are also start-ups that are targeting specific industries such as Mosaic and Rogo, which is a chatbot that replicates work done by an investment banker. November 2025 | 7 Nurturing Talent: How to Create Future Business Leaders Within Your Team By Kevin Gaskell Standing on the deck of a rowing boat in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, with 4 other guys and 3,000 miles of ocean still ahead of us, I was reminded of the truth that a successful result is never achieved by one leader alone. Success comes when every person in the team is empowered to lead. Whether rowing across an ocean, or building a successful organisation, you cannot afford to have passengers. You need team members who can step up, take responsibility, and make decisions under pressure. And that doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when leaders deliberately set out to nurture more leaders. I’ve built my approach to developing future leaders on three simple principles: Commit, Connect, Create. Commit Leadership begins with commitment. On the ocean, we committed to reaching the other side safely and in record time, no matter how high the waves or how blistered the hands. In business, the same principle applies, and the entire team must be committed to achieving the goal. Business goals must not be just financial targets. People become leaders when they see their work as part of something bigger. They must understand the “why” behind the mission, believe in the goal and feel that their effort makes a difference. Commitment is not only about words on a strategy document, but also about giving people the space to own their role. That means giving authority, and with it, accountability. Too many managers cling to authority whereas real leaders give it away. They allow others to make decisions, to succeed, to stumble, and to learn. With properly delegated authority comes accountability, not as punishment, but as challenge and opportunity for personal growth. Connect Leadership is not a solo act. It’s a team sport. When I have led teams to turn around failing companies, we didn’t succeed because I had the answers. We succeeded because we listened to each other. We built a connection with the people who knew the business best – the team on the ground who knew where the weaknesses and opportunities lay within the business. In turn the team and their ideas for improvement were connected to the plan for success and they could each see where they were making a difference. Great leaders look for moments of initiative, creativity, and courage – and celebrate them. That recognition builds confidence. It tells people: you can lead too. Connection also means trust and transparency. For individuals to step forward as leaders, they must feel trusted. They must see that information is shared openly, decisions are explained honestly, and their voice matters. Transparency removes fear. Trust builds courage and creates a culture where people lean into responsibility rather than hide from it. Create I don’t believe that there is such a thing as an innovative company, only innovative people working together. The role of a leader is not to be a genius, but to create genius. That means aligning everyone’s bit of genius in an environment where ideas are welcomed, experimentation encouraged, and small failures treated as part of learning. Future leaders emerge when people feel bold enough to contribute their ideas and safe enough to test them. If they know their voice will be heard, they will begin to think and act like leaders because they realise, they have influence. Authority with accountability The combination of authority with accountability is a catalyst of leadership development. If you hold authority too tightly, your team will never learn to lead. If you give authority without accountability, you invite confusion. But when you put the two together, you ignite excitement and growth. People step up when they know they own the decision and that they are supported in making it. Transferring accountability means also transferring credit. A key part of leadership is ensuring that team members are recognised and their contribution celebrated. Trust, transparency, and courage When we rowed the Atlantic, there was no hiding. Every stroke, every decision, every ounce of energy mattered. Trust was not optional, it was survival. Business is no different. If you want your team to lead, trust them. Share the truth. Be transparent about where you’re going and what challenges lie ahead. When people are trusted with the truth, they repay it with effort, courage, and leadership. Building the leaders of tomorrow I believe that leadership is not about being the smartest person in the room. It’s about being the person who creates the conditions where others can shine. It’s not about creating followers. It’s about creating leaders.

Corporate Vision Short-Form Films for Long-Term Learning Shaped by shifting attention spans and digital habits, the way students connect with information is changing. The Driving Force Institute is leading the response to this shift, delivering engaging shortform history films that meet learners where they are and reshape how the subject is taught. As The Driving Force Institute is named in the Corporate Excellence Awards 2025, we spoke with Founder and CEO Patrick Riccards for more. As tens of millions of students across the country shifted to virtual learning overnight in 2020 and left teachers desperate for new and engaging learning materials, one company rose to meet this challenge in a digital learning environment. In such an unprecedented period, The Driving Force Institute leveraged its expertise to transform the teaching and learning of American history through short-form films designed to meet students where they already were: online. Today, The Driving Force Institute stands as one of the nation’s largest producers of American history education films, having produced more than 500 films and reached more than 60 million users across the globe since its founding. The content provider is dedicated to exploring untold narratives, bringing inclusive history to students and classrooms, and ensuring its content resonates with teenage audiences. Its topics range from overlooked historical figures to pivotal moments that shaped the nation, all delivered in a format that fits seamlessly into modern attention spans. “Knowledge is our goal, and we succeed in helping all learners achieve it.” Unlike traditional education providers, The Driving Force Institute has reimagined how history is delivered to meet the habits and expectations of modern learners. Recognising that today’s students consume content primarily through platforms like TikTok and YouTube, The Driving Force Institute produces short-form films, each approximately two minutes long, that mirror the pace and style of social media. These bite-sized capsules of learning are designed to be both accessible and engaging, offering a format that feels familiar while delivering substance. This strategic approach not only captures attention but also encourages repeat engagement. By keeping content concise and visually dynamic, The Driving Force Institute ensures that students can explore history in a way that feels intuitive and relevant. All the organisation’s films are available open source on YouTube, making them easy to access and share across classrooms and communities. Teachers can use these films to introduce new topics, sparking discussion and encouraging independent exploration. At the core of The Driving Force Institute’s work is a belief that history education should not only be informative but provoke curiosity in learners. This philosophy drives the way it approaches storytelling, opting to spotlight lesser-known figures, events, and artifacts that challenge conventional narratives and encourage students to see history as a living, evolving conversation instead of a static list of dates. “Our goal is to help all learners begin to think like historians,” Patrick explained. “We want all of our users to become critical thinkers, to ask tough questions, and to constantly go down rabbit holes to explore what other important information they have not been taught through traditional texts.” This year, The Driving Force Institute has made waves in the education sector, most recently earning itself recognition as the Most Engaging American History Content Provider 2025. Looking ahead, it intends to continue this trajectory with the launch of a professional development platform aimed at helping educators connect more effectively with digital-native students. Designed with input from teachers to ensure that it reflects real classroom needs and challenges, the platform will offer tools and training to support teachers in using short-form video content in the classroom. In addition to this, The Driving Force Institute is also looking ahead to a major upcoming project: Essentials, which will take the form of a 500-film series created to mark the United States’ 250th anniversary. Developed in close collaboration with some of the largest names in education, history, and museums, this series will anchor a new website, history.org. The site is designed to serve as a central resource for history education and will offer one of the most comprehensive short-form history collections available to educators. “Now, more than ever, we see how important it is to learn, know, and appreciate our history,” Patrick concluded. “Such knowledge makes us better learners, better workers, and better citizens.” Contact: Patrick Riccards Company: Driving Force Institute Web Address: www.drivingforceinstitute.org

November 2025 | 9 The story of Fair Supply began with a simple belief: you cannot fix what you cannot see. Founded in 2019, the company emerged at a time when supply chain laws and expectations were evolving rapidly, but businesses still lacked the tools to uncover hidden risks like modern slavery, emissions, and biodiversity impact. Frustrated by this gap, human rights lawyer Kimberly Randle teamed up with industrial mathematician Dr. Arne Geschke to launch a datadriven solution. Their unlikely collaboration quickly gained traction, evolving into a powerful SAAS platform that helps companies meet rising ethical and regulatory demands with utmost confidence. Before regulation introduced ESG to the boardroom, issues such as modern slavery, climate change, and biodiversity were largely handled by academia and NGOs. Now that ESG has become a core risk and compliance priority, businesses are recognising the need to build the capability required to address these complex challenges effectively. Fair Supply has shone in this respect, infusing unparalleled subject-matter expertise into forward-thinking technology to support teams across procurement, sustainability, risk, and investment, ensuring clients are making decisions that actively address the hidden risks in their supply chains. “Our point of difference is that quality data and subject-matter depth have always been our foundation, and we have built cutting edge tech around that foundation – not the other way around,” Randle stated. “Our vision is to become the global standard for sustainable supply chain insight. The more companies that use Fair Supply to inform their decisions, the bigger the impact we can have. We see a future where our approach meaningfully changes outcomes for both our clients and our planet.” In mid 2025, Fair Supply enabled customers to complete due diligence within seconds through Fair Supply Analyst – a purposebuilt tool for procurement and ESG teams needing to assess individual companies for risk quickly and confidently. The tool returns a structured modern slavery risk profile – backed by verifiable data and aligned to global legislation – within minutes. This type of analysis would otherwise take weeks to compile manually, allowing organisations to focus their time on addressing risk. A spokesperson for Fair Supply’s client, a leading Australian energy services provider, explained: “Fair Supply gives us the supply chain visibility we’ve been missing. The platform doesn’t just show us what is happening at tier one of the supply chain; it reveals where the real risks lie, across modern slavery, emissions, and biodiversity. It is incredibly fit-for-purpose, and the team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely understands the needs of the infrastructure sector. Fair Supply has become a strategic enabler for our sustainable procurement goals.” Such exceptional services are made possible by Fair Supply’s internal culture, which encourages transparent and honest conversation. The company is powered by a diverse, crossfunctional team that values individuality and contribution – honouring people for who they are and what they bring to the table. This calibre of diversity and openness is a pillar of Fair As ESG regulation becomes more rigorous and supply chain accountability moves to the forefront of corporate risk management, companies are under increasing pressure to identify and address hidden risks. Fair Supply equips organisations with the subject-matter expertise and data-driven tools needed to meet these demands, helping teams make confident, compliant decisions across procurement, sustainability, and investment. We learned more from Kimberly Randle below, Co-Founder and CEO of Fair Supply, as the company is named in the Corporate Excellence Awards 2025. Fair Supply: Leading the ESG Risk Conversation Supply’s culture and mirrors the transparency it champions within its clients’ supply chains. Being a smaller company, the playing field has not always been even for Fair Supply, especially when competing globally with large multinationals. Maintaining first mover advantage has required grit, speed, and focus – and the team has leaned on the support of loyal early customers who recognised their impact and agility from the start. Internally, Fair Supply prioritises high-impact work and embraces a mindset of progress over perfection, allowing it to stay ahead in a fast-moving space. Despite the challenges, Fair Supply’s approach has allowed the company to emerge triumphant, a feat marked by its recent recognition as Australia’s Best ESG Risk Management Solutions Provider 2025. As the regulatory landscape continues to evolve, Fair Supply remains focused on helping organisations stay ahead of risk through data-driven insight and rapid innovation. “Today’s wave of ESG legislation is a preview of how important supply chain risk identification and management will become,” Randle announced. “We’re all experiencing disruptions driven by geopolitics, climate risk, and more. The ability to identify risk and plan accordingly will be increasingly critical. The Fair Supply team continues to work hard and provide customers with true supply chain intelligence. We want to keep innovating to provide live, decision-ready insights that help organisations anticipate risk, plan scenarios, and act before issues escalate.” To explore Fair Supply’s work and technology in more detail, visit Fair Supply’s website. Corporate Vision Most Visionary Restaurant Ordering Platform 2025 – North America There are countless restaurants around the world that should be renowned for serving exquisite dishes but are unfortunately lacking in flavour when it comes to securing an online revenue. Whilst these restaurants are delivering high quality dishes, they are often losing potential sales because they have not established an online ordering service – where approximately 40% of dining experiences now occur. Menuverse has been born from this growing challenge, offering an innovative platform designed for restaurateurs and their clients – streamlining the process of online ordering and delivery through an all-in-one solution developed with the challenges of hospitality in mind. We spoke with Inthirith Baphrachanh below, Founder and CEO of Menuverse, as the company is named in the Technology Innovator Awards 2025. Based in Bloomington, Minnesota, Menuverse is an emerging company on a simple, yet powerful mission: to transform the ways in which restaurants connect with their customers. Striving to make the dining experience seamless for customers whilst helping restaurants thrive in an increasingly digital world, the company specialises in developing innovative restaurant ordering and payment technology solutions that empower clients to streamline operations, improve customer experiences, and increase revenue. Menuverse serves a range of clientele – from independent restaurants and cafes to multi-location chains – diverse in size and scale but each sharing a commitment to efficiency, customer satisfaction, and future-ready growth. Since its inception, the company has served this varied clientele with the core values of innovation, integrity, collaboration, and customer success, each of which has been instrumental for Menuverse – not only in sustaining its mission but in propelling it forward. “Our mission wouldn’t be possible without our values serving as the foundation,” Inthirith explained. “Innovation keeps us ahead of industry shifts; integrity builds trust with clients and partners; collaboration ensures we work closely with restaurants to address real needs; and our commitment to our customers’ success ensures that every feature we build and every service we provide delivers tangible value.” Driven by this mission, Menuverse offers solutions that enable its clients to deliver a seamless dining experience for every order they take. The company has developed an innovative online ordering and delivery system that centralises all food pick-up, delivery, and dinein options so that restaurateurs can remain in complete control of their operations. From offering guests the convenience of ordering and paying in just a few clicks to accepting incoming orders on the fly to managing commission-free deliveries, Menuverse empowers restaurants to manage their operations with efficacy.

November 2025 | 11 Combining cutting-edge technology with personalised support, Menuverse supports its clients through the journey from endto-end. Its platform wizard is equipped to guide each client through the setup of their online profile and menu, generating their personalised button to begin taking orders right away. With Menuverse’s support, clients can establish an engaging website, manage their online presence and marketing, and utilise a mobile application that will open a new sales channel for their business – all within one, easy-to-use platform. Menuverse has proven to be an integral partner to restaurants wishing to succeed in their markets, offering a wide array of operational and financial benefits its clients’ establishments. Employees can easily manage the platform with no coding required, meaning that operations can be delegated and shared amongst teams to ensure that service remains smooth. With a strong focus on reducing third-party service fees and increasing direct customer sales, Menuverse’s solutions can add a significant additional 30% to its clients’ online revenue. Of course, one of the biggest advantages Menuverse’s platform offers is data ownership. Its system allows to build direct relationships with their customers through tools that include email campaigns, promotional announcements, discounts, and customer engagement strategies. The company also helps clients to automate growth with features such as autopilot campaigns for second-time buyers, abandoned cart recovery, long-term reengagement for dormant customers, and many more. Across these offerings, Menuverse upholds an unwavering commitment to empowering clients and streamlining the dining experience. Each client is provided with ongoing support, both throughout their journey with Menuverse and beyond. This includes ongoing support via chat and phone call, free coaching, meet and greet onboarding, regular new features, AI-powered delivery management and customer experience enhancement tools, and guidance on industry best practices. Such services are delivered by a team that has been built upon collaboration, innovation, and respect. Menuverse’s people serve as its very heartbeat, driving the company forward with expertise, creativity, and a commitment to achieving innovation, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth. This team fosters an internal culture where every voice matters and every employee feels empowered to share ideas, experiment, and learn together. In this environment, full potential is unlocked to drive both individual growth and collective success. “Transparency, recognition, and continuous development are key pillars of how we operate,” Inthirith told us. “When recruiting, we prioritise individuals who are not only highly skilled but also adaptable, collaborative, and forward-thinking. We look for problem-solvers with a growth mindset – people who embrace challenges, communicate openly, and take ownership of their work. Beyond technical skills, we value integrity, empathy, and a genuine passion for contributing to something bigger than themselves.” Menuverse stays ahead of industry developments by continuously monitoring industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving consumer behaviours. The company actively invests in research and development, explores strategic partnerships, and encourages a culture of innovation across the team. Perhaps most integral to Menuverse’s operations is its mindset; rather than viewing change as a challenge to be overcome, the company believes that each market shift presents new opportunities for businesses to deliver value in ways that were once unimaginable. “This allows us not just to react to change but to anticipate it, ensuring that our solutions remain visionary and future-ready,” said Inthirith. “By encouraging innovation within our team and investing in research and development, we ensure that we remain ahead of the curve. Most importantly, we listen closely to our customers – their evolving needs guide how we adapt, refine, and innovate. This mindset allows us to not just keep pace with change, but to shape the future of our journey.” Looking to the future, Menuverse has a number of exciting plans ahead. For the remainder of 2025, the company will be focused on expanding the capabilities of its platform to make restaurant ordering and payment even more seamless, secure, and personalised. This year, Menuverse will be introducing enhanced AI-driven features to help restaurants better understand customer behaviour, improve decision-making, and create truly tailored dining experiences. Alongside this, Menuverse is also looking to strengthen integrations with third-party tools, spanning everything from loyalty programmes to delivery platforms. These developments will ensure that clients can utilise an all-in-one solution that grows alongside them. What’s more, Menuverse will prioritise the expansion of its footprint into new markets – both domestically and internationally – as its reach continues to grow and scale. Since its inception, Menuverse has continually sought to reshape and reimagine the ways in which restaurants operate. The company has successfully enhanced the order, payment, and delivery processes of countless eateries and establishments and has made groundbreaking contributions to the wider hospitality sector through such endeavours. For its continued innovations and significant successes within this space, Menuverse has been rightfully recognised as North America’s Most Visionary Restaurant Ordering Platform 2025 – and its mission has only just begun. “Beyond 2025, our vision is to shape the future of hospitality technology by staying at the forefront of innovation,” Inthirith announced. “We are exploring emerging technologies such as voice ordering, predictive analytics, and advanced payment solutions to ensure that our clients remain ahead of industry trends. At the same time, we remain deeply committed to our vision: empowering restaurants to thrive in a digital world.” Founder’s Reflection A Story of Faith, Resilience, and Gratitude “In December 2021, my life took an unexpected turn. I was rushed to the ER at St. Cloud Hospital in Minnesota on December 17, 2021, and remained hospitalized for three months — until March 15, 2022. What began as a fight for my life during COVID-19 became a profound journey of faith, recovery, and rediscovery. “Those were my most vulnerable moments. Bound to a wheelchair and having lost more than 70 pounds, I was told it could take up to three years to fully recover. Yet through it all, I held on to faith.” “I am forever grateful to God, to my family heritage that instilled strength and perseverance in me, and to the remarkable doctors, nurses, and staff at St. Cloud Hospital who cared for me during my weakest hours. Surviving and standing here today is nothing short of a miracle. “During my recovery, I focused on rebuilding not only my health but also my purpose. While still in a wheelchair, I dedicated myself to improving my software platform — enhancing integration, SEO, and overall business performance. What began as a personal battle to survive transformed into a mission to innovate and inspire. “Doctors predicted it would take three years before I could truly begin again, and they were right — but in a way none of us expected. As I reached full recovery, my company began to thrive. Every challenge, every setback, and every test of strength led me to this defining moment. “I am deeply thankful for the journey — for the lessons, the pain, and the miracle of life itself. True strength is discovered only when life tests you beyond your limits — and faith reminds you that miracles are real.” Contact: Inthirith Baphrachanh Company: Menuverse Corporation Email: [email protected] Web Address: https://www.menuverse.tech/

Corporate Vision When Patinum Records started out more than 15 years ago, it was during a golden period where the digital audio tools for independent artists could match the production capabilities of the big, commercial studios. This meant that artists with low budgets could enter into the studio and cut their tracks as intended, without having to compromise or break the bank. Although the music industry has shifted massively in the 17 years since, with the age of subscriptions and new technologies forever changing this space, Patinum Records has remained dedicated to its mission of creating music with meaning. Its releases across a multitude of genres cover topics such as the complexities of love, spirituality, and social injustice, with its commitment to independence and intimacy seeing deadlines and schedules thrown out of the window in favour of preserving artistic vision. Exploring further the ways in which Patinum Records has responded to industry challenges and continued to uphold this primary aim, Patrick and his small team built a two-stage system covering preproduction and post-production alike. As Patrick explained: “The first stage for pre-production was to utilise a digital setup that mimics analogue rigs, using legacy systems running perpetual software licenses in isolated systems that are frozen in time and in unupgraded states – right down to the OS systems running them.” He continued: “In this we also saw a window of opportunity to create our own process flow to maximise the utility and uniformity of sound, using the post-production stage of mastering as the groundwork for the latest, cutting-edge plug-ins – helping us in staying up to date with Waves, Nugen, Dolby with Fieler audio running on Logic, Antares, and even Neutron 5.” Outside of these processes, another way Patinum Records has ensured success is by tapping into global audiences and focusing on communities across the likes of Brazil, Portugal, and Spain. In these markets, fan engagement is nurtured via fan-powered playlists, which offer individuals the opportunity to listen to the music they like, whilst giving artists a platform. This is just the beginning for Patinum Records, which is set to spend the coming year finding new, innovative ways to connect with audiences on a deeper level, in the process focusing on building out branding as a concept. One of the ways this is being worked towards is through ‘Follow by Radio Patrick’, a forthcoming single experience blending a commercial audio release and metaverse experience with 3D augmented reality and an AI-based digital audio workflow experience. The aim is to create a place for artists to build in this brand-new era. Similarly, with more immersive technology becoming standard across our day-to-day lives, Patrick has recognised the new frontiers Started in 2008 by Patrick Ryan (AKA Radio Patrick), whose aim was to capture tomorrow’s music today, Patinum Records is an independent, Brooklyn-based music studio and label that covers genres such as R&B through to Brazilian pop music and everything in between. Radio Patrick is the studio’s primary artist and has worked on collaborations with a number of artists and talented composers over the past several years, blending sonic exploration and cultural fusion in the process. Recognised with two awards in this programme, we caught up with Patrick for more on the studio. Best Sound Production Studio 2025 – Brooklyn & Best Independent Recording Studio 2025 – USA that are out there for artists to engage with their fans. To this end, Patrick and the other members of the Patinum Records team have been working on another metaverse project, Radio Patrick Stadium, which offers cryptocurrency ‘radios’, giving fans novel ways to experience live events and listen to songs in spatial audio. Easter eggs and artist NFTs complete this offering, which helps artists to go beyond the music. Of course, it would be impossible not to mention AI, which is another factor that is set to define the future of music production. Patinum Records is passionate about using this technology in such a way that artists can record their masterpieces easier – without losing the human touch that is essential in recorded music. For instance, it is currently exploring ways to synthesise extended remix versions of songs, adding character and depth by using different vocal characteristics across the hundreds of potential takes an artist does. Ultimately, as Chappell Roan outlined earlier this year during her Grammy acceptance speech, earning a liveable wage in the music industry is more difficult now than ever, with many musicians unable to make a stable career doing what they love, due in part to large corporations having a stronghold profits and numerous other factors. Patinum Records is doing its part to change this, blending traditional recording with state-of-the-art metaverse and immersive audio to offer something spectacular and fitting of acclaim. Contact: Lucy Hunter Company: ADHD 360 Web Address: www.adhd-360.com ADHD 360 is the UK’s largest and most innovative ADHD clinic, founded in 2018 to meet a growing need for better and more timely support to those navigating an ADHD diagnosis. The company boasts a national footprint, with headquarters in Lincoln and clinics in various towns and cities, as well as remote clinical capabilities to ensure that individuals can receive the care they deserve, wherever they are in the UK. With so much information and so many healthcare options, it can be easy for an individual to get lost when navigating the complexities of ADHD – whether a parent worrying about their child or an adult questioning their own focus and organisation. ADHD 360 aims to shine a light on this daunting process for patients and their loved ones, with the understanding that ADHD not only impacts the individual but also their families and relationships. To combat the complexities, ADHD 360 has launched a proprietary app that provides users with everything they need to manage their treatment in one convenient place. With the ADHD 360 app, users can easily view and manage their prescriptions, appointments, and letters; track the progress of their treatment and pay for prescriptions online; receive notifications about tasks, care, and requests from their clinician; and access live chat with the ADHD 360 team for support and advice. Such services are upheld by a team of motivated professionals – from clinicians and prescribers to patient advisors and support staff – each united by a shared dedication to delivering exceptional ADHD care across the UK. To ensure the continuation of such high quality services, the clinic developed the ADHD 360 Academy – the nationwide centre for ADHD knowledge, skills, and continuous development. The academy was created to increase the number of qualified, competent, and confident ADHD specialists, with a CPD-accredited Advanced Practitioners training course delivered as the first step to joining the ADHD 360 clinical team. The ADHD 360 Academy equips mental health professionals with the skills, knowledge, and confidence necessary to deliver top-tier ADHD care and support. The team offers earlier diagnosis from qualified ADHD clinicians, personalised treatment plans and patient-led care, transparency in pricing, and ongoing support. Corporate Vision working with clients, Andrea acts as a sparring partner. She asks the tough questions, sparks new thinking, challenges perspectives, and supports clients in finding their own answers. This way, change is not imposed from the outside but grows from within the organisation, which is exactly why it lasts. When undertaking projects, Andrea likes to surprise clients with unconventional approaches that open up new perspectives and break through stuck patterns. Every project becomes a co-creation process, in which Andrea and her client work together to figure out what is truly needed on a professional, strategic, and cultural level. Where many training providers merely define what should change, Andrea goes the extra mile: exploring why things have been the way they are, and what it takes to make new approaches stick in the long-term. “My three core values are trust, joy, and freedom – and they’re deeply woven into my work,” Andrea explained. “These values have always been a part of me. Maybe unconsciously in the past, but today I know they are keeping a consistent thread throughout everything I do.” For Andrea, trust starts with honesty. She believes that when people speak openly with each other – even about difficult topics – they can create space for truly effective solutions. This ethos is especially important in coaching and transformation processes, because only when participants are willing to surface the real issues can they start to work through them. Whilst joy may appear to be a “soft” value, Andrea upholds it as a crucial driver of success. “I firmly believe that we can only reach our full potential when we enjoy what we do,” she stated. “This belief shapes all of my programmes: learning should feel light, spark curiosity, and generate energy – even when we are dealing with complex topics like AI or transformation.” And finally, freedom allows room for possibility, for Andrea as much as for her clients. It allows individuals to make their own decisions, try out new paths, and break away from routines that no longer benefit their life. This is reflected entirely in Andrea’s approach: creating spaces where participants can approach topics with honesty, learn with joy, and act with autonomy. Furthermore, the joy in learning has been scientifically researched as a crucial neurological driver for effective learning which truly helps individuals to retain information. This values driven approach is especially relevant in today’s climate. From Andrea’s perspective, the training and coaching landscape is at a turning point. Through workshops and coaching sessions, participants experience practice-oriented learning spaces where they can experiment with new approaches and integrate them directly into their daily work. “My goal is to empower people to navigate AI and digital change confidently and act with autonomy,” Andrea told us. “This creates a working environment that combines progress with humanity – and enables organisations to actively shape their future. Above all, my work is about helping people better understand developments, actively shape them, and discover new possibilities for action.” What sets me. | Consulting apart is the way Andrea guides transformation. She hails from the world of marketing, tech, and digital business, and after many years of working handson in projects, knows exactly what transformation feels like in reality, “with all its contradictions, friction, uncertainties, and everything else that comes with it.” Andrea combines this experience with systemic coaching and a steadfast belief that transformation is not a toolset that can simply be implemented; it is a process that moves people. To support this kind of transformation, Andrea made a conscious choice not to build a traditional in-house team. Her reasoning is simple: every project is unique, and so are the skills it takes to deliver real impact. Instead, she collaborates with a network of experts that she brings in based on the topic and goals being worked toward. This allows her to assemble exactly the right amount of people for each project, whether that is AI strategy, communication, organisational development, or change management. This flexible approach gives Andrea a high degree of freedom and gives her clients solutions that truly fit their needs. No one receives a one-size-fits-all package. Instead, a dedicated project team is built around the specific challenge, coming together for the task and dissolving once the work is done. In
