Crystal Cove Capital provides capital and financing solutions for complex and special situations that require more than standard bank debt can offer. This is often because of cyclical underperformance, a looming debt maturity or M&A transaction, complicated group structures (minority interests, emerging-market subsidiaries or joint ventures), unusual or hard-to-value collateral, or accounting, regulatory, legal or reputational constraints.

Crystal Cove Capital also works on existing financings under pressure from covenant breaches, margin calls or lenders unwilling to refinance, as well as liquidity solutions for founders, family offices and holding companies that do not want to sell or give up control.

The firm was founded by Oliver Wunde, a former Managing Director at Goldman Sachs and Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, with more than 20 years’ experience in special situations, complex financings, asset-backed lending, structured finance and corporate equity derivatives.
