More than 9,000 tons of space debris endanger all space activities. Orbit Recycling is changing this. Space debris is removed from the Earth orbit and transported to the Moon for regaining raw materials like aluminium. Large parts of the International Lunar Ground Station can be built out of the recycling material. This saves billions of euros in construction costs and reduces the risk of space debris collisions for all other space activities.
