About this award
Introducing the Corporate Coaching and Recruitment Awards
For the past three years, Corporate Vision magazine have been dedicated to honouring the top performers in the global Coaching and Recruitment space – and this year will be no different – with our popular awards program making a comeback once again! Through the Corporate Coaching & Recruitment Awards 2022, we will continue to expand our reach within this sector, providing our winning firms with a platform to shout about their success and increase their exposure amongst a targeted audience of industry peers and potential clients.
Following the challenges of the pandemic where many recruitment agencies were struggling financially, 2022 so far has seen a promising uptake in revenues, and many industry experts are optimistic that market performance will continue this upwards trajectory going forward. Likewise, the Corporate Coaching and Training sector is also experiencing a boom post COVID-19, with both revenue and international coaching memberships spiking significantly in the past couple of years.
Alongside these progressions, demand for digital technologies across both sectors has also been accelerating, with agencies utilising online platforms, AI software, automation solutions, and more to stay ahead of the curve and remain competitive in this evolving industry. Implementation of thorough digital transformation strategies has been imperative to the continued growth across the Recruitment field, with far-reaching applications from candidate sourcing to nurturing existing client relationships.
The modern workforce is beginning to make practical work-life balance a priority – in response to reliance on remote working during the pandemic – and both Coaching and Recruitment professionals must adapt their services to meet these conditions. Nevertheless, we at Corporate Vision are aware that these are resilient industries, and the Corporate Coaching and Recruitment Awards 2022 is dedicated to recognising the firms and individuals who have illustrated a commitment to innovation, first-rate client service, and are breaking new ground in this dynamic and evolving field.
If you would like to enter the Corporate Coaching and Recruitment Awards 2022, you can do so by filling out our nomination form or contacting the Awards Team using the contact information below. You will be assessed by an experienced and impartial judging panel, via a merit-based system where a variety of predesignated criteria will be applied to determine the final recipients. There are no mandatory costs associated with applying for or winning an award, and if selected you will be presented with a range of advertising tools to upgrade to, as well as the option for a complimentary package so that you can celebrate your success at whatever level!
