Introducing the Corporate Coaching and Recruitment Awards
Corporate Vision is delighted to announce the Corporate Coaching and Recruitment Awards 2021, to celebrate the outstanding achievements and phenomenal efforts of the businesses and professionals in this sector.
Corporate coaching can prepare organisations for the rapid pace and evolving nature of work. This has been of particular importance for those who have experienced the inevitable impact of the global pandemic. Corporate coaches inspire and motivate individuals, generating organisational benefits, such as improved team functionality, increased employee engagement and productivity, improved relationships with employees and faster development of leadership.
For the recruitment industry, Covid-19 has created many challenges that have led organisations to choose innovative solutions to keep working effectively, minimise direct interactions and maintain social distancing. As a result, the emergence of advanced technologies such as big data, cloud computing and AI has had a positive impact on the industry. In addition, Covid-19 has accelerated the shift towards online hiring platforms being able to interview and screen candidates.
The nominees of the Corporate Coaching and Recruitment Awards are carefully judged solely on merit (as opposed to the number of nominations) by our in-house research team. Our process is to reward the parties for their industry excellence, overall performance, client experience and incredible innovation. Those who become our deserving winners will be presented with their award and complementary marketing materials that will be valuable to their PR portfolio in publicising their win.
Participating in the Corporate Coaching and Recruitment Awards 2021 will provide you with the evidence to stand out in a world of professional competitors. The award will help boost your reputation, crediting you as a top performer in your industry, while increasing confidence in existing and potential customers and candidates. Moreover, your win can also improve your business internally, as a visual reminder that can raise employee morale and motivation.
If you wish to participate in the Corporate Coaching and Recruitment Awards 2021 or if you would like to propose a company or individual who you feel are deserving of a place on the shortlist this year, please submit a nomination using the voting form below.

We also encourage external nominations from Corporate Vision subscribers, online visitors, social media followers, clients and from our wider group circulation.
Nominating parties are invited to put forward either third-party businesses whom they hold in high regard, or their own organisation.
All nominees are formally requested to accept their nomination. Should any firm or individual rather decline at this point, they are simply taken out of the running.
Nominees who formally accept their nomination are given the opportunity to submit additional materials in support of their initial nomination. Although there is no obligation to supply material, we have found that many nominees value this stage in the process as much as our research team.
Evaluating and judging
Our dedicated research team will assess all material submitted by the nominee in order to determine winners based on merit, not popularity. The team also gather information independently from a variety of publicly accessible sources.
Ultimately, the research team casts their judgment based on various criteria, including:
- Client dedication
- Business growth
- Online reputation
- Customer feedback
- Business performance
Once winners are determined, they are personally notified before any public announcement is made, allowing time for any communications throughout the wider business and the coordination of marketing strategies.
Once the press embargo is lifted, details of the winners will be made public via the website, award winners’ magazine and subscriber newsletter.
