Another area of constant pivotal innovation for our business is e-commerce: I felt it necessary to dedicate an entire department of the company to this activity to define channels and tools that make the experience of purchasing and the customer journey a client friendly one. Concluding thoughts I would like Best Western to grow in numbers and to conclude the re-qualification process of the hospitality product, intervening on those hotels that still need renovation. I would like the company to remain at the forefront of innovation, putting technology at the service of customers and hoteliers. Personally, I see myself in five years’ time in a role of public interest in the tourism sector, always in the front line in promotion and planning on a national scale. I hold Matteo Renzi in high esteem and I hope to put my experience, national and international, to the service of the community.
