We have a teamof 17 highly experienced coaches, trainers and consultants operating across the UK and internationally, led byManaging Director Jan Bowen- Nielsen. Coaching at the Heart of Leadership Here at Quiver Management, we deliver executive and business coaching to senior executives across all industries and sectors. Our services include bespoke in- house leadership, coaching and mentoring training, ranging from short courses to internationally recognised qualification programmes, all designed specifically to support our clients’ strategic ambitions. A particular area of focus for our work is in the area of facilitating change and growth at an individual, team and organisational level, developing leadership capabilities to inspire teams to excel. Our impressive list of clients ranges from large multi- national blue-chip corporates to professional services firms and high growth businesses. We believe that coaching is an essential core skill of a successful leader and more and more research is now backing up this view. Not only do we provide coaching for senior leaders, we also train leaders to become great coaches, so they can spread the benefits to everyone across their organisation. We even take this further and train professionals, such as financial advisers, lawyers, accountants and consultants, to use powerful coaching skills to improve their client interaction and services. Why Quiver Management? We are at the forefront of using coaching to drive organisational ambitions and strategies. Executive coaching is a maturing market in the UK, USA and across much of Europe. The current growth in coaching is around internal coaches and leaders as coaches. Most organisations recognise the benefits of coaching and are now encouraging their line managers to use a coaching style. This is driving the current growth in awareness of coaching. However, one of the challenges is that organisations often don’t recognise the fundamental change in culture required to fully embed and benefit from managers coaching – this is where we can help them put a comprehensive programme together that can truly deliver the benefits. Future Vision We keep abreast of new developments by regularly attending, exhibiting and speaking at national and international conferences. These events allow us the opportunity to have face to face contact with potential clients and associates, and to learn first hand about current issues and future challenges. Also, we partner with a number of industry bodies, working alongside them in the field of professional development. Our team and range of services continues to grow so that we can extend our client base and the reach of our work to more organisations. 1711CV03 Quality Delivery We have a large team of qualified coaches who are also highly experienced leaders and business people. As members of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, we are also active in helping improve standards in the coaching and mentoring industry. We set very high standards for our own services and are proud to have achieved a number of awards. Also, we are accredited by the EMCC and ILM, and work with a number of professional bodies to deliver coaching and leadership training to their members. All of our coaches must have successful corporate and business careers that give them the practical experience and perspective to be credible and effective in front of our senior executive clients. We seek and select coaches and trainers with a passion for the coaching profession and for developing leaders. Team members must be qualified and continuously look to develop their competencies.
