MEDSEN
Kawe is a sovereign digital platform for childhood, built by MEDSEN in Senegal. It is designed to unify five public services (health, education, protection, social rights, civil identity) around one child ID, from birth to 18, with a shared health record linking hospital and school care to remove out-of-pocket costs. Built to FHIR standards and pilot-ready, Kawe now seeks institutional and funding partners to bring it to life: an exportable model for children’s rights across Africa.
