“It has been a nice problem to have – incredibly high demand focussed over a relatively short time frame,” Malcolm told us. “Our solution makes it simpler, faster, and much lower cost, so we have found that demand has quadrupled in the last 12 months, meaning that we have to manage multiple concurrent deployments. It is a challenge, but we have embraced it.”

Meeting and exceeding this demand will be the primary focus for Keystone Employment Group as it continues to scale over the upcoming year. The last five years have seen Talent Bank – and thus Keystone Employment Group itself – change considerably, and the company believes that the next five years will be no different.
