While we are able to provide all types of skills, we particularly specialize in IT, Finance, Engineering/Drafting and Marketing personnel. Our mission is to deliver excellence to our clients by leveraging our cross-cultural communication and integration knowledge. We provide robust, cost effective staffing solutions by focusing on employee empowerment, development and respect.”

Working to ensure excellence for clients, Michelle understands the importance of supporting staff so that they can offer the very highest standards of service, as she is keen to highlight.

“Internally, our culture is unique in our industry in that our employees are empowered and encouraged to speak up and challenge the status quo. Staff are treated with a respect that many have not encountered in similar companies.  We offer exceptional benefits to our staff including Health Insurance from day one, generous vacation and sick leave allowances, and a well equipped pantry with free-flowing tea, coffee, snacks and hot cooked rice daily. Our five offices are boutique in size, such that all staff can know each other by name. Desks are larger than average and are the same as used by the management team; even myself and the rest of the management team sit at the same size desk out on the floor with the staff.”
