The practice’s approach is practical, tailored, and focused on embedding change in the real world, not just in the classroom.    Founded by Fran Costello, an experienced organisational development consultant, psychotherapist and coach, Aha Moment brings deep expertise in the people side of change management. Fran has worked in the field for over seventeen years, holds an MSc in Organisational & Business Psychology, and is a principal practitioner with the Association of Business Psychology, alongside coaching and diagnostic accreditations. Her client experience includes organisations such as GSK, Burtons Foods, the NHS and many smaller SME's.
