Now in its 11th year, Festival of Dance Annapolis Royal has grown from a small regional event to become a significant and nationally recognized dance festival. It takes place in the heart of Nova Scotia’s famed Annapolis Valley. FODAR presents an exciting and diverse selection of contemporary dance which showcases Canadian and international choreographers and dancers. Our mission is to support the creation of new dance pieces and to present classic works from Canada’s rich modern dance legacy.
