Best Sustainable Culinary Education Project 2025 - Europe

The project Gastro&Sustain has increased interest in the culinary profession as an educational opportunity for students in secondary schools. At the same time, the students learned about sustainable practices and behavior, both in the restaurant industry and in private homes.

By visiting restaurants, food producers and educational institutions, the students have developed knowledge and interest in cooking and sustainability. As a result of the project, a sustainable cookbook has been developed.
