Introducing the Corporate Excellence Awards

Now in its 6th year, the Corporate Excellence Awards continue to showcase the companies and individuals that are committed to innovation, business growth, and providing the very best products and services to clients across a wide range of industries.

Our team focuses on a range of sectors from across the business landscape in order to provide a fair and accurate representation of the best in business. There are no limits when it comes to company size or geographical location, we only look to identify recipients based on merit and celebrate those who have worked tirelessly to reach where they are today.

This award is judged purely by our in-house team with all potential winners assessed against multiple relevant criteria, including company performance over a given period of time, expertise within the industry, sector or region, previous accolades won, and client testimonials or recommendations.

Those who go on to be successful in the programme will be provided with several options to help maximise their company exposure and the promotion of the award. These include being featured in an edition of our monthly digital publication, a feature in our A-Z directory at the end of the year and inclusion in our stand-alone winner’s supplement.

Initial Process

The Corporate Vision research team work diligently to identify the most relevant professionals for inclusion in the Corporate Excellence Awards, both in terms of location and industry, who have gone above and beyond in their retrospective sector during the past 12 months.

During the programme, we do not gather votes from either the candidates in question or third parties, but instead select businesses and individuals based on their hard work, achievements and advancements throughout the year.

Our in-house team examine a range of publicly available sources - such as industry journals, company websites & directories, press releases and other published works - in order to put together a list of potential candidates for inclusion based on merit, each of which is then looked at in further detail to narrow down a finalised list for inclusion.

Criteria and factors our team take into consideration include, but are not limited to - industry experience, previous accolades and recognition, physical and digital presence, client reviews and testimonials, products and services of note, firm developments and extracurricular activities.

Once our finalised winners list is put together each recipient will be contacted directly with the good news by one of the programme coordinators, Jo Holloway or Charlie Bourne, who will be more than happy to discuss their inclusion and the next steps.

Our winners are personally notified about their award before anything is made public, allowing time for any communications throughout the wider business and the coordination of marketing strategies.

Once each candidate has accepted their award and advised on how they would like to feature, details will be published in the monthly magazine, the year-end awards supplement and an announcement for the programme will be pushed out within the e-newsletter.

There are no mandatory costs associated with accepting your recognition; each recipient is invited to feature in our winner’s directory through a complimentary listing and we also encourage our winners to spread the good news across their own website and social media channels so they can make the most out of their success.

We also offer a number of commercial options should each recipient wish to capitalise on their success and publicise the award further. Our packages are not complimentary but offer varying levels of coverage across our platform and also include promotional material which can be used to amplify the exposure of each award.

Where did the nomination come from?+
The Corporate Excellence Awards are managed entirely in house, meaning that all nominees have been put forward by us, the publisher. For specific detail on any case, please email the Brand Coordinator who sent the notification.
Why was I, or my company selected?+
We use a range of trusted sources to guide our selection process, typically including industry news sources and publications, funding/investment rounds, key industry events, members associations, professional directories, and press releases.
Who makes the final decision?+
We employ an impartial team of individuals to conduct all research. At the helm of the panel, is a veteran academic leader with international academic and training experience and is well versed in research, fact-checking, and mediation. We believe this method is the most efficient in determining which companies and individuals are the most deserving of inclusion in the programme and has brought us much success and commendation throughout its use.
Is there a winner’s ceremony/award dinner?+
As we are predominantly digital, we don’t focus our efforts on a celebratory event but instead provide the option of coverage in both our monthly magazine and the annual winner’s supplement.

We understand that it may be logistically difficult for all our recipients to attend such events, so we instead provide cost-effective methods of promotion across our international platform. We follow the belief that the optional costs associated with an award are better placed in a year’s worth of online marketing for each recipient rather than spending large amounts on one ceremonial evening.
Are there any costs involved?+
There are no mandatory costs involved. We do offer a range of paid additional benefits should our winners wish to capitalise on their inclusion, but these are entirely optional.

Proudly not pay-to-play, all our winners are offered a free of charge listing in both the digital magazine and the annual winner’s directory. Our company policy will always remain that, regardless of budget, each of our clients should always be able to garner the full value of the award and our seal of approval.

We also offer a variety of promotional opportunities to our winners, as we have an extensive network and we know, more than anyone, the wider business benefits from promoting industry awards.
