How It Works

The HR and Employment Awards are judged through Corporate Vision’s independent, merit-based process, ensuring every award is earned through genuine achievement. The awards are not pay-to-play, and commercial packages never influence results – guaranteeing fair and impartial outcomes for all nominees.

1. Acknowledgement – Be recognised organically through our internal search process or complete the short form to tell us about your organisation to get on our radar.
2. Internal Review – Internal evaluation of each nomination, with assessment against set criteria including (but not limited to) company innovation, industry impact, client satisfaction, and social responsibility.
3. Results – Winners are contacted by brand coordinator Jo Holloway and guided through the next steps.
4. Promotion – All winners receive a complimentary marketing toolkit and online directory listing, with optional upgrade opportunities for enhanced exposure.
